  Overall food and drinks come out good from this location. However their customer service is terrible. This is the second time I’ve approached the register to order and not get acknowledged by an associate. When I am acknowledged I was yelled at to use the kiosk.(I wanted to order the specialty pineapple cup) Which CANNOT be ordered online or through kiosk. I asked her if they had it and explained that to her. She said yes and to make my order quick. Who says to a paying customer to make their order quick. In addition why have a register in the first place if you are going to prompt people to a kiosk. I’d like to speak with an associate personally when I place my orders not a computer. Terrible.

  People in the evening time have no sense of customer service. They don’t make you feel welcome and on top of that make you feel rushed to order because they rush to close. I came around 8pm and they do not close until 9. I would understand if they had a better customer service deliverance but no. Never again.

  I am always so confused with this location. They either do really good with my coffees, or they don't even try at all and they taste terrible. I change my dairy option to either oatmilk or almond milk and they consistently give me very little of it granted that I pay extra for it! The drink should come out light and not dark as if there is no dairy in it. The first time, I didn't even bother asking to fix it and I regretted it and thought it was the staff. But every time I go back, I have to constantly ask to fix it. Coffee is not cheap, and when I want to give my boyfriend and myself a weekend drink outside from home, it should be good. When I request to fix the drinks, they always give me a face like im inconveniencing them. Again, we pay for different dairy changes, I would like to see it in my drink and not have it taste like black coffee. If I wanted black coffee i would request that. I may just take the extra drive to go to another dunkin because it is very inconsistent.

  Service is terrible!!!! The manager is very rude I don’t think she is this good for this job. I hope the owner pays attention to his employees. Never coming back mi co workers feel the same way.
