  Omg what a horrible service i had at this location manager hina is very rude she has very bad attitude and extremely disrespectful she touch the food bare hands alot of cross contamination do not go to this store and i request to the owner please take a action if you really care about the customer and hire someone who really wants to do her job

  Store manager was extremely rude and frustrated she was rude while taking orders and didn’t even put gloves on while taking my donuts 🤢🤮 really bad never coming back here again

  Came here once. Ordered on the kiosk at around 6 pm and order took forever to come out even though it was only two drinks and 1 donut. Also store was extremely dirty, trash on the table and on the floor. Floor was very dirty as well and dident look like it was mopped in a while. I can't imagine what their bathroom situation is.

  I am always so confused with this location. They either do really good with my coffees, or they don't even try at all and they taste terrible. I change my dairy option to either oatmilk or almond milk and they consistently give me very little of it granted that I pay extra for it! The drink should come out light and not dark as if there is no dairy in it. The first time, I didn't even bother asking to fix it and I regretted it and thought it was the staff. But every time I go back, I have to constantly ask to fix it. Coffee is not cheap, and when I want to give my boyfriend and myself a weekend drink outside from home, it should be good. When I request to fix the drinks, they always give me a face like im inconveniencing them. Again, we pay for different dairy changes, I would like to see it in my drink and not have it taste like black coffee. If I wanted black coffee i would request that. I may just take the extra drive to go to another dunkin because it is very inconsistent.

  Service is terrible!!!! The manager is very rude I don’t think she is this good for this job. I hope the owner pays attention to his employees. Never coming back mi co workers feel the same way.
