This is the second time I’ve approached the register to order and not get acknowledged by an associate. When I am acknowledged I was yelled at to use the kiosk.(I wanted to order the specialty pineapple cup) Which CANNOT be ordered online or through kiosk. I asked her if they had it and explained that to her. She said yes and to make my order quick. Who says to a paying customer to make their order quick. In addition why have a register in the first place if you are going to prompt people to a kiosk. I’d like to speak with an associate personally when I place my orders not a computer. Terrible.

I came around 8pm and they do not close until 9. I would understand if they had a better customer service deliverance but no. Never again.
