  this place is steadily declining, last few times the food was gross - meat looked old, sour cream watery, beans dry - and the person who wrapped my burrito left one side open - should have walked out, or asked for a refund

  They do not even fill the spoons. There was enough rice in my bowl to BARELY cover the bottom of the bowl. My spoon of steak was MAYBE halfway full, I asked for more, and she put in literally 4 more individual pieces of steak. This is the second time this has happened. Don’t waste your money, drive the extra 5 mins to the Bridgewater mall chipotle.

  Chipotle is always a go‑to for me. Their chicken burrito bowl has been my all‑time favorite for years fresh ingredients, great flavor, and consistently satisfying every single time.

  Lately, the service has been poor. I usually order online, but when I go to pick up my order, the bowl is almost empty and the wait is long. I make this comparison with other locations; they didn't used to be like this.

  I visit this place frequently because I really enjoy the food; it’s a shame, however, that some of the employees aren't friendly or pleasant with customers—specifically the manager who wears glasses. She always wears a sour expression, as if I were asking for a free meal or as if she simply didn't like her job. This isn't the first time I've visited and had her serve me; she doesn't even answer questions or offer a simple "thank you" out of courtesy.
