When ordering my bowl, I noticed the white rice and brown rice looked horrible to serve/eat. I asked for fresh white rice and they said they did not have any with an attitude.The chicken looked so dry and disgusting made my appetite go away. Everything else on the line looked really bad.I will never come back here, I indeed leave without purchasing anything.Hopefully someone can step in and change this store around ASAP!!!!!!!!

When asked the person at the register she just acknowledged that it got mixed and offered another portion from the same mix . This is no way of maintaining such a renowned chain and i am truly disappointed with this service

I went back in for a new queso they grabbed it from the take out side instead of the regular line and it was still chunky and gross………. Idk how 3 different workers saw the how chunky it was and still served it. Big waste of money.

This is completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I recommend everyone carefully check their receipt and bank statement after shopping here.
