  My 8-year-old and I went into the store to order in person. My 8-year-old ordered tacos and we went down the line with the usual song and dance. When it was time to pay for their tacos and my burrito bowl, the total was over $30. I figured that had to be a mistake and asked the cashier to check again. That’s when she told me that those were adult tacos and I was being charged the adult price for the tacos ordered by an 8-year-old. I said that’s clearly a mistake and asked for her to correct the price. She said she couldn’t and her body language suggested that the first staff member we encountered was the reason for this issue. So I got stuck paying an adult price for a child and had some terrible customer service. Wanting to leave feedback, I asked for the receipt and the cashier gave a bit of an eye roll when she went through the effort of ripping the paper off of the machine. Speaking of leaving feedback, going to the feedback website listed on the receipt asks one multiple choice question and leaves room to type only 200 characters. Another win for private equity and a loss for the average citizen.

  I'm curious if every Chipotle flips off their customers especially customers with young children after they physically assault customer's children by throwing the food at them after they refuse offering the food to them that they had paid for for their children? However I'm here to inform you and soon to be the Bridgewater Police Department that this does, in-Fact happen at this location in Chimney Rock where Chipotle employees assault kids after they choose who they want to give cheese to and then when they're called out on it they become violent and unsafe around children and that is exactly what happened and is on camera and if Chipotle doesn't want to look at it I will be in touch with him tomorrow anyway to discuss it with their leadership after discussing it with the Bridgewater Police Department -- there's a problem up at Chimney Rock. Be warned be safe Chipotle is no longer safe for kids. Especially those who simply ask for cheese with their burrito.

  My son and I come here almost everyday after hockey. We generally have a great experience. Friendly staff and usually very accommodating. Tonight I had three of my kids and was told they aren’t taking anything but online orders at 9:30. I doubt that is company policy but it was delivered to me very rudely. Then the staff continued cleaning even though my order was submitted. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they are understaffed but don’t be in the service industry if you don’t like serving people.

  Ordered thru the app for delivery and it was sent to this location (which I normally don’t go to) and my order never came it just kept getting reassigned to a different driver until one of them actually called me to let me know that the order was not there. Different drivers kept showing up just to see nothing ready bcz someone took my order who wasn’t the delivery person which I get things happen but I don’t understand why the order wasn’t just remade? Waste of time for me and all the drivers that kept showing up. Could’ve been handled better. I know things happen but I didn’t get my order so I feel like it should’ve just got remade since it wasn’t my fault 🥲
