  Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place. The food was served frozen, which is completely unacceptable. The woman working there, who I believe was the manager, was rude, spoke loudly, and did not know how to communicate respectfully with customers. The customer service was terrible, and I will never come back. I hope they improve both the quality of the food and the way they treat their customers.

  Advertisements got me to go look for an Arby's and go out of my way to try the Angus cheese steak. I kind of expected to be let down but this is crazy compared to the photos advertised. what is this 😂. Employee who took my order was very nice. Can't recommend the food though. What a let down.
