  I don't normally leave reviews but today I felt like I needed to show some appreciation to the kind gentlemen who assisted me when I visited this McDonald's on 8-27-21 @ 12:15 am. Bernard deserves a raise for the extraordinary work he does and exceptional customer service he delivers. I decided to go to that location bc the other location on broad st was closed which was very disappointing as the staff was just sitting in the front lobby talking but they stated they were closed which is why all the customer were heading to this location. Bernard took my order very enthusiasticly and accurately while being the only person working both windows on his own. I took the time to truly thank him as i admire his hard work. This kind of work has to be rewarded and acknowledged. THANK YOU BERNARD !!!

  Normally I wouldn't have come to this location but due to the incompetence of the other McDonald's in town closing earlier then the hours they have posted as usual I made my way here. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and hard work by Bernard here. Having him assist me helped me forget about my frustrating experience in the other location. He definitely deserves a raise and see recognition from his supervisors.
