  I want to specifically commend the young man Carlos that works here. I come here often as both customer and DoorDash driver and I can earnestly say that he is one of the most consistently polite and professional employees that I deal with anywhere nowadays. Make sure you invest in this guy, definitely deserves a promotion and raise!

  This McDonald's location is dirty and understaffed. I've been here a few times. I don't mind using the kiosk but there's never anyone in the counter, everyone's hiding in the back. When one girl called out my order only ONCE, I stood up to get it. But she immediately hid in the back. I called out several times for a few minutes, there were 5 people in the back and none of them heard "hello" "excuse me" now I realize I should've said "hola" 😆😐 I've been to McDonald's branches in China, France, Mexico, the Philippines, etc. and all of them have at least one person manning the counter. Jollibee is 100 times better than McDonald's anyway, the cashier workers while understandably not always quick at least have the proper training and decency to greet customers with a smile. Why even open another McDonald's in Bloomfield? Why not focus on making this branch better? Gracias.

  Today I arrived at the drive thru and I ordered a McDouble meal with a large refresher. I received fries that were not cooked thoroughly and the refresher was not filled up like it should be but had extra ice in it. I normally don’t complain about this McDonald’s because they don’t normally to mess the order up but today I was in a rush and couldn’t turn back around. This is really unacceptable service today. I didn’t take the picture of the drink because I had already drank it. Very disappointed in the service from drive- thru today.

  Do not order delivery from here. They constantly forget items in the bag and then when you call the manager doesn’t speak English so you get no help
