Walked in, no line, people standing around doing nothing, and I still stood there ignored for 6–7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. Told them I was picking up and gave my name. A few employees pointed at the drink with pure attitude, looking at me like I was an idiot just standing there for fun. I had to explain I was waiting for the rest of my order (small matcha, two hash browns, munchkins). One of them rolls her eyes and tells me the food is on the other side (ordering counter…) Never been told that at any Dunkin’ before. Go to the other side. Wait. Someone finally drags over and hands me a bag with three munchkins. Missing both hash browns. She looks annoyed and sends me right back to the first side. So now I’m getting bounced back and forth like an idiot for one simple order while the place isn’t even busy. After more waiting I finally get everything. The “matcha” is white milk with a faint green tint and tastes like nothing. I was so done with the attitude and the complete lack of organization that I didn’t bother asking them to remake it. Walked out, threw the $6 drink in the trash, and left. Total time inside after arriving: 14 minutes of being ignored, bounced around, and treated like a nuisance. Zero urgency, zero competence, zero customer service. Staff acted like helping me was a personal insult. Absolute joke of a visit.

The vibe was family and after an extremely rough morning of changing my own tire on a scary highway and coming in here amd getting ACTUAL SERVICE and suggestions and the kindness.
