The vibe was family and after an extremely rough morning of changing my own tire on a scary highway and coming in here amd getting ACTUAL SERVICE and suggestions and the kindness. I sat in and stayed. Thank you to the team here👏

My friend had several questions about a drink, and the employee helping her was incredibly patient, helpful, and willing to offer recommendations. I had a separate order and received the same friendly service from the employee assisting me. Both interactions were kind, professional, and efficient. Everything was prepared quickly, and the overall experience was refreshing. Good customer service can be hard to come by these days, so I wanted to recognize the team for making our visit such a positive one.

She was recovering from surgery and not moving fast enough for the manager to order her coffee and he decided to humiliate her and kick her out. I called several times and left my phone number because all I wanted was for this “manager” to apologize for the way he treated my mother. Again, she has been coming to this establishment for years and is not a homeless person loitering she was simply gathering herself in order to place an order. This is discriminatory behavior and based on the other reviews this MALE MANAGER has a reputation of mistreating people.
