I just walked out about 5 minutes ago a few customers apparently have been waiting for about an hour because they ran out of food and the Dominican girl on the drive thru side literally was screaming at a customer at the top of her lungs in front of everyone the lady was so embarrassed she walked out teary eyed SMH! The food area is a mess all the grill stuff is scrapped onto the floor the counter was a mess food everywhere even where they were cutting the chicken . This is wild

They don't have a dedicated person handling takeout orders which can be frustrating when waiting to pick up an order. Sometimes you will arrive to pick up your online order to find it already sitting on a shelf, but employees are too busy to assist immediately to hand it to you. It's a good thing that they have opened up another location nearby because this location seems not to be able to handle the traffic at peak lunch or dinner times.

I spoke with a member of the staff she didn't have anything to say. Customers are sitting eating there food while she enters the eatery while carrying a dog there is a difference between a service dog and customers thinks it's ok to parade there pets into restaurants

However today I saw a worker berating a older gentleman who as trying to place an order. What happened to customer service and the audacity when again this place constantly misses the mark. Adding rudeness is absolutely unacceptable.
