  Terrible chipotle that has gone viral for being nasty and dirty. I still gave it chances after that. But I don’t go here anymore because I feel the staff is racist towards non Latinos and customer service is terrible. I am Latina also but I thought it was messed up all the latinas were speaking Spanish in the back standing around while the one African American girl was making the bowls. Then they had an attitude when I asked why they’re not working. Everyone’s priority should be getting the customers out fast and helping each other regardless of your assignment.

  I tried my hardest not to leave a review, but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. First, the customer service was terrible. The employees had poor attitudes and acted like they didn’t want to be there. If customer service isn’t for you, it might be better to find a job that’s a better fit. On top of that, everyone already knows Chipotle can be stingy with portions, but what really frustrated me was being told at 9:00 p.m. that they had already run out of multiple food items, even though the restaurant doesn’t close until 11:00 p.m. Overall, this location was unorganized, unprofessional, and disappointing. I’d recommend going to a different Chipotle if you can.

  Normally, I really like coming to this Chipotle, but this time it was terrible, besides the rice being undercooked. I also found a huge piece of plastic in my food!!

  Absolutely disgusting experience. The customer service was terrible from start to finish. Employees kept telling customers they were out of ingredients, yet several of those items were visibly sitting right in front of them. I paid for steak and received barely half a scoop. The food station was a complete mess, ingredients were everywhere, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The guacamole was entirely brown. An employee told me the batch of avocados was bad, which is why it looked that way. I understand that guacamole can brown a little from sitting out, but it should not be completely brown and still being served to customers. The experience was so bad that I threw my bowl away on the way out because it was inedible. I wasted my money and left hungry and frustrated.
