  Horrible experience. I waited 28 minutes in the drive-thru because the system they have set up does not work efficiently. There are two lanes to order, but even if you finish ordering first in the left lane, cars from the right lane can still cut in front of you while they’re finishing their order. It creates unnecessary confusion and makes the wait much longer than it should be. I was even brought my food in line while waiting with 6 cars still in front of me cause they all ordered after me but still jumped in front

  this location is ran by a bunch of kids that don’t know what they’re doing. every single time i come here it’s a horrible experience. my brother in law came for his dinner after having a long day and the order was completely forgotten. all we ordered was a sandwich meal and 3 frosted sodas, first we pull to the window and they tell us they can’t find the order, mind you this was less than 2 minutes after being at the speaker. the girl puts the order in and shorts us $10 in our owed change. then she tells us to pull over to the drive thru spots and wait and tells us “it’ll only take a couple of minutes”. we sat and waited for 10 minutes, for one meal and 3 other drinks. my brother in law tried to go inside to ask about the order and the doors we locked so he had to walk over to the drive thru door and ask them, and the girl grabbed the food and handed it right to him as if it had been sitting there the entire time. our drinks were melted already. then he walks away and realizes there’s no straws or sauces in the bag. got home and also realized there’s jalapeño ranch sauce on the jalapeño ranch sandwich he ordered. literally a horrible experience every single time. they always seem unorganized and discombobulated.

  I actually love this Chick-fil-A I’m glad I found it too. These reviews surprised me and this is my first time looking at them. I came to this store once at my job on an outing and ever since I’ve been fw it. It’s a 25 min drive from my drive but it’s worth it idk 🤷‍♀️

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Waited 15minutes just to order in the drive thru, all I wanted was a large fry and an ice cream cone after waiting 25min!!! In line i was approached by a team member asking me if I received my ice cream cone as if she had no idea what was going on! Then the fries are ice cold!! I am so disappointed with this location I will not be back.

  Customer service on the inside is absolutely terrible. I waited for 15 minutes being the only indoor customer at the time. When I received my food I was so annoyed I didn’t check which I should have. Missing items from my order. Now mind you the 7 employees who ordered their food after me and received it in a quick and timely manner. If this is how this place operates that’s cool but I’m taking my business elsewhere where.
