- KKKatelynMar 23, 20261.0As far as food quality and portions, I haven’t had many issues, UNTIL tonight. Rice was hard and crunchy. For protein: ordered half chicken half steak. Out of chicken (there was fresh chicken on the grill that was ready)- instead, worker turned over the bucket, put every last piece of the tiny bits of chicken on the bowl, estimate it was around 1/4th of a cup, including pouring all of the excess oil from the bottom. THEN - Brought it to the side where they make online orders and added a small portion of steak. My order is always 4 or 5 elements, nothing crazy. Workers seem absolutely miserable most nights, I can’t say I blame them but Im not trying to feel like a burden for order food from a food place that they willingly choose to work at. Unfortunately, due to the rice and chickens, the bowl was bad, didn’t eat it. Complete waste of money that I don’t have to waste. Don’t get me wrong, I am a huge Chipotle fan, it’s the ONLY fast food I eat, typically once or twice a week. It’s going to be a while until I get Chipotle again, and it won’t be from this one 👍
