- AFAndreia FerreiraJun 12, 20261.0I am honestly very disappointed with my experience at the Baskin-Robbins in Bernardsville, NJ. I had ordered 2 custom cakes ahead of time for a special occasion and expected them to be ready when I arrived. Instead, I was told the cakes were not there. First, I was told they may have been sent to another location, and then after a long wait found out that the manager was out sick and the cakes were never even made. What upset me the most was not just the mistake, because mistakes happen, but how the whole situation was handled. I was left waiting around for answers, there was very little communication, and the staff gave attitude the entire time instead of trying to help or show any understanding for the situation. To make matters even worse, staff members were speaking in Spanish making rude comments, not realizing that I understood what was being said, which made an already upsetting situation even more uncomfortable and disrespectful. Instead of trying to make things right, I was basically told to just pick something out of the freezer. This was for an important celebration, and it added unnecessary stress and disappointment to an already important day. I expected much better customer service, communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience was really disappointing.

I recently contacted this location to order an ice-cream cake for my brother's graduation from college. The woman I texted with to place the order was extremely accommodating and responsive. Further, the cake was not only delicious, but it was beautifully decorated, far beyond my expectations. The woman carried the colors I had requested for the wording throughout the entire cake, from the flowers to the icing bordering the cake. I would absolutely recommend this Baskin Robbins!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
