  Stopped at McD's on the Whitehorse pike in Berlin, NJ. I accidently ordered a regular hamburger in stead of a double cheese burger. I went back to the register where the manager was standing there and asked if I could exchange my hamburger for my double cheeseburger. I offered to pay the difference of course. He said no problem I'll quickly change it for you and don't worry about the additional cost. He seemed actually happy to help me, and never exhibited any kind of negative vibe at all. it was a wonderful customer service exchange. The date was May 4, 2026 around 1130am. Thank you, manager.

  I routinely have to update my review. This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever experienced. Would rather go hungry

  Horrible. I ordered a large drink with my meal and they didn’t even put it in there. Not sure how you mess that up. Also gave the wrong sauce. All this location ever does is disappoint me.

  Very cozy, manager was phenomenal, and good food! A rare find for McD's nowadays
