    I came back to write this second review -- I have already deleted my first review a year ago, thought maybe I was too sensitive -- till today the same thing happened again. The self checkout staff only greets white customers around me, by skipping me. I cannot find an excuse for what happened today since this is the second time, I will probably never waste my smile and manners to certain staff here (some are really nice so 3 stars instead of 1). Also, caught a big fly with my camera in the bakery box, I have the video but prefer not to share just in case

    I'm not a big Stop and Shop fan and only go in a pinch. I find selections limited and often minimal fresh ready made food or fresh fish. I went for mint and they had it only in plastic packages with no expiration date. I asked the guy in produce how you know of it's fresh and he told me it comes off the shelves when it turns black. Well, yeah, I sure hope so. I also bought limes. They looked ripe but had little juice. Overall meh.

    There’s this boy who works at self check out who gave me and my husband a hard time. He always on his phone 24/7 He has long hair when I was trying to ask for help he gave me an attitude.
