  The pies I ordered had uneven crusts and I feel like the quality of the pizzas are getting worse and worse. I would appreciate if they paid more attention to the inconsistencies of the pizza before sell it.

  I see that it is routine for this location to not accept orders as they come in and have extremely long wait times and if you ask about the status of your order they will tell you they are busy. Terrible service. I spoke with Kevin on the phone and from that short interaction I can see the teams attitude towards their job duties are extremely cavalier.

  I placed a catering order for 30 people early in the morning with a scheduled delivery time of 7:30 PM. By 8:10 PM, no one had shown up, and no one had called to explain the delay. To make matters worse, the store doesn't provide a direct phone number. I called customer service and waited on hold for 20 minutes, only to have the call disconnected after someone finally answered. I called again, and someone picked up, but I could only hear background noise and no one responded. On my third call, I was told they had no idea where my order was and they said they couldn't even reach the store and there's nothing they can do. Are you kidding me? After waiting more than 40 minutes past the scheduled delivery time, I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. I was told that only the store manager could approve it, but customer service couldn't provide the manager's phone number. Instead, they said the manager would call me. And guess what. They never called me! As we were driving to the store ourselves, the delivery driver finally arrived more than 40 minutes late with 30 hungry people waiting. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and refusal to take responsibility made this an incredibly frustrating experience. Don't order from this store!

  If you want a shitty pie where the cheese literally slides off? This is the place! Want to have someone tell you you need to order on the app because its “too busy” for in-person orders, this is the spot!
