  Took my boys to Chipolte and had my absolute worst experience ever. I got my usual, 3 soft tacos, steak, fajita onions and peppers, sour cream and cheese. The literally put 3tiny piece of steak on each taco, most of the bites I took of my tacos were meatless. And to add insult to injury they drowned it with sour cream so it was flood of liquid pouring out with every bite. If you dont have enough meat to fill my order then say "hey, we dont have much steak left, how about chicken or barbacoa instead?" But no, they split not enough meat for 1 taco amongst 3 and I WILL NEVER go to any Chipolte ever again. Last night I went to Sunpress in Audubon instead and they put so much meat in my burrito I couldnt finish it and had leftovers for lunch.

  I frequent this location often and have waited a very long time to leave a review. I came here on 8/6/26 around 8 o’clock in the evening and there wasn’t really anybody in the establishment. I walked up to the counter and was greeted shortly by a young lady who was very friendly (I forgot to get her name) she made my bowl with the first few ingredients I selected and then another young lady named Cheyenne took over and finished my order. We exchanged a brief conversation at the counter which was pleasant after a long day. She was very friendly, attentive, asked a few times if I needed anything and if everything was ok with my order and processed my order. Food is good, service was swift, and I had a pleasant experience! And I will say that’s just about what happens every time I come here the staff is friendly. They’re helpful. They’re able to hold conversation and my order is always right. I never have any complaints when I come here. I would recommend this location to others.

  This Chipotle is easily the most inconsistent one around. It feels like every time I come here, something is off. They forget items, mess up the order, the ice machine always seems to be broken, or the chips are so stale they’re basically rocks. I only stopped here because it was convenient on my way home from work, but I’ll just stick to the Barrington location from now on. It’s worth the extra few minutes. If you’re thinking about placing a mobile order here, just double-check everything before you leave. I’ve tried it a few times, and there’s been an issue every single time. Hoping this location can get things figured out. Also now I’m stuck putting Ortega on my bowl because the forgot my vinaigrette.

  We only come to this Chipotle because it’s close to our home, but the experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff lacks professionalism, has given our order to other customers, and then made us feel as if it was our fault. On top of that, the team is not friendly or welcoming. Overall, the service here needs significant improvement.

  If I could give this place a 0 I absolutely would. I was in around 9 pm on July 1st with my younger sisters and little brother. We were all hungry and were only expecting great food and great service like the countless amount of times we’ve received it from the chipotle on Blackwood Clementon road and the Sicklerville location. All of the food was empty and it’s not like I was being impatient and they were refilling it as my order was being taken- there was nothing being refilled at any time or point, they were out of proteins and decided to grab the protein of my choice out of the other container on the other side of the kitchen were mobile orders were being made. They proceeded to act annoyed when all they have to do is make more chicken cut it and put in the containers and spare themselves the extra amount of effort by doing their jobs efficiently. They looked all to be around young adults if not teenagers- running the store however poorly. A younger white girl at the counter, and a heftier looking black woman especially gave us complete attitude and gave us maybe a third of the portions of the sides we wanted. We paid full price for a 1/4 of the food we were supposed to receive and the portions they did have had been sitting on the table top for what I imagine to be a long time considering the queso was essentially a solid piece of sludge on my sisters bowl. The funniest part about it is they served it to us with an annoyed look like we were wasting their time! $45 for cold hard food and not even a decent amount of it. We get to the drink section and expected nothing less than a dirty counter and empty drink bar. Just as expected it was. They didn’t refill the ice either. All in all terrible experience and I will never go back again the standards of the way Chipotle tastes and is run is one I personally love this place upholds none of those standards.
