  If I could give this place a 0 I absolutely would. I was in around 9 pm on July 1st with my younger sisters and little brother. We were all hungry and were only expecting great food and great service like the countless amount of times we’ve received it from the chipotle on Blackwood Clementon road and the Sicklerville location. All of the food was empty and it’s not like I was being impatient and they were refilling it as my order was being taken- there was nothing being refilled at any time or point, they were out of proteins and decided to grab the protein of my choice out of the other container on the other side of the kitchen were mobile orders were being made. They proceeded to act annoyed when all they have to do is make more chicken cut it and put in the containers and spare themselves the extra amount of effort by doing their jobs efficiently. They looked all to be around young adults if not teenagers- running the store however poorly. A younger white girl at the counter, and a heftier looking black woman especially gave us complete attitude and gave us maybe a third of the portions of the sides we wanted. We paid full price for a 1/4 of the food we were supposed to receive and the portions they did have had been sitting on the table top for what I imagine to be a long time considering the queso was essentially a solid piece of sludge on my sisters bowl. The funniest part about it is they served it to us with an annoyed look like we were wasting their time! $45 for cold hard food and not even a decent amount of it. We get to the drink section and expected nothing less than a dirty counter and empty drink bar. Just as expected it was. They didn’t refill the ice either. All in all terrible experience and I will never go back again the standards of the way Chipotle tastes and is run is one I personally love this place upholds none of those standards.

  July 1st around 9 i had went to this chipotle with high hopes expecting excellence considering the chipotles near me are always ready and give us excellent portions to my dismay there was NO ice in the ice machine. There was nothing in the food containers tand when they had to get food from the other containers due to their complete lack of forethought they had attitude and were completely rude. It was warm , humid and stuffy and it is completely hot today and the cheese was cold. $45 For complete BS

  I drive Uber and Uber eats I came there to pick up an order for a customer I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes I said no problem may I get the code to use the bathroom and the girl that was in the front was very rude and said no we don't give codes to the drivers so I canceled this needs to be addressed that wasn't right us drivers are the ones that get these orders out to customers without us drivers the orders wouldn't get to customers and without Uber eats and doordash that's a big part of the business you would lose business this needs to be fixed first time in 7 years someone wouldn't let me use the bathroom that's not right and this needs to be addressed

  this chipotle is the only location i know of , that gets the least amount of business & i understand why. going to this location is like sports betting. its either gonna hit or not & most of the time, it won't. there's always a wait for protein or rice, guacamole is served brown 90% of the time , the rice is either undercooked or overcooked & not to mention whether you wait for protein or not , its ALWAYS dry. the employees need to get trained way better. the people giving 5 stars mustve got lucky that day , because this location does NOT deserve 5 stars if were talkin about prep , food quality & keeping the lines full. ⚠️ the GENERAL MANAGER needs to change or this location is 100% going to fail & close soon. ⚠️ i tried to give my business to this location plenty of times & i've had way more disappointments than satisfaction.. especially after experiencing other chipotle locations in the area. no other chipotle is as poor as this one. its almost comical

  It’s 7:30, chipotle closes at 10 and the current staff running the Chipotle should not be left alone running this place. Chipotle is too expensive to just turn off making fresh ingredients 3 hours before closing. They just didn’t want to do it. Usually this is the better chipotle in the area- oh well 👎🏻
