During their grand opening, I was issued a "100 Days of Free Coffee" card. At the time of receipt, staff explicitly stated that if there were any technical issues with the mobile app, the physical card would be honored in-store. However, this has not been the case. When my wife attempted to redeem the offer, the store refused to honor the physical card. While the counter staff was polite, the subsequent interaction with the manager, Veronica, was highly unprofessional. Rather than addressing the technical discrepancy or the misinformation provided by her staff during the opening, she was dismissive and escalated the conversation unnecessarily. A coffee shop relies on consistent customer service to build a local following. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability for their own promotions and the unprofessional conduct of the management makes it difficult to recommend this specific franchise. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

- MMMichael MerrittApr 8, 20265.0This Dunkin’ Donuts started out as a more compact boutique version of Dunkin’ Donuts, and recently expanded to a full-blown well equipped, and well stocked Dunkin. The staff remains the same, always friendly always remembering you from previous visits. The owner operator continues to provide excellent service, attentive and welcoming making you want to return time and time again. I work in the area so I stopped by often, and I can only wish him luck with the larger more fully equipped Dunkin shop which now allows an offer more variety and still continue providing that hometown service you’ve grown to expect.
