  Food was amazing. Beat puertorican food since I have been to Puerto Rico. Empanadas 5 star Pernil 5 star yuca fries everything was great only bad thing was alcapurria but I think it was burnt so gave an unpleasant taste. I don’t send things back tho. Waitress was great and atmosphere felt like a small cafe in PR. Wish we could block out route 9 lol we will 100% be back Ps order the pork belly it’s amazing

  Really flavorful food. The best empanadas I’ve had in the area. Definitely best empanadas near Toms river.. also the empanadas were crispy, unlike most places that are soggy.

  My best friend is Puerto Rican and I am from up north.. I tried their food today I had the Carne Guisa it was aweful the rice had no flavor the color of the stew was off.. I know Genuine Puerto Rican food and this is not it.. Maybe I ordered the wrong meal but definitely will not recommend… I may go back one more time and try something else but I was not happy with my first experience..

  Was looking for some solid Puerto Rican food and couldn’t have been more pleased. We did a bit of family style ordering and shared two empanadas (beef and chicken), which were clearly cooked to order and so crispy and juicy. We had a cubano sandwich which was huge and loaded with pork. We also had a Pernil plate and added sides of Maduro & Yucca fries. All of them were super flavorful. We ended up being able to feed our family of 3 and have two leftover lunches with it. The service was great and there was also a ton of takeout happening, which was good to know.

  Everything here is phenomenal! Family owned and run. I order here at least a few time a month and we cater at work all the time!! Every time I go, their menu has grown and expanded and everything they make is authentic and delicious!!
