  They do not make signature lattes correctly. All I taste is strong coffee and its not even sweet despite the extra caramel I asked for and the whipped cream and sugar on top. This has happened more than once. This is the only dunkin where the coffee is never made correctly

  I’ve visited this location more than once, and unfortunately my experience hasn’t been great. In my experience, one of the employees, Falguni Dalal, often comes across as unprofessional. The way she looks at customers and speaks can feel uncomfortable and not very respectful. During one visit, I also noticed her raising her voice at coworkers and placing items on the counter in a way that felt aggressive. I may be misunderstanding, but the overall environment didn’t feel welcoming. I hope management can look into this, as customers and staff both deserve to be treated with respect
