Another car was behind me and we both were ignored. You don’t close at 10:53 you close at 11pm. This happened on Friday, August 7th at 10:53pm just so the managers and owners know whoever was working at this time and date was not actually working nor taking orders

They would be getting 0 stars if I could, but we all know that they remove reviews with less than 2 stars! I placed my custom cake order on 7/22, giving Baskin-Robbins more than enough time to complete it or at the very least let me know if they couldn’t. I even called TWO DAYS BEFORE my pickup date to confirm everything was on track. They assured me it was. When I arrived, I immediately knew something was wrong. The employee took my name, walked away whispering into her headset, and everyone proceeded to avoid me. Another employee finally asked if I had been helped, and when I said I was there for a cake pickup, her first question was, “Have you spoken to a manager?” That was my first red flag. Manager Asaan came out with zero urgency or empathy. Before even showing me the cake, I could tell something was wrong. So, I asked if there was a problem and he simply said, “No. There’s nothing wrong. You can look at it before you go.” The moment I opened the box, my heart dropped. The cake looked NOTHING like what I ordered. (See photos.) Not only was it incomplete, but large portions of the cake weren’t even covered. It honestly looked like someone gave up halfway through decorating it. This wasn’t a minor difference—it was an entirely unfinished cake. Instead of taking accountability, the only solution offered was a few generic premade cakes covered in Oreos and ice cream cones…for a monster-themed birthday party. To make matters worse, when I asked for contact information to speak with the franchise owner or district manager, Asaan, who claimed to be the store manager, actually asked if I wanted the information “to complain.” I told him absolutely. He then refused to provide any contact information, despite confirming the location is a franchise. The most frustrating part is that they knew before I arrived that this cake wasn’t acceptable. They had my phone number. They had days to call me after I confirmed my order. Instead, they waited until I walked in excited for my son’s birthday cake and blindsided me. Because of their lack of communication and complete disregard for their customer, I had to spend valuable time driving all over Bayonne searching for a last-minute replacement cake on the day of my son’s birthday. Mistakes happen. What makes this experience deserving of one star was the lack of communication, lack of accountability, dismissive customer service, and refusal to provide any way to escalate the issue. I would never trust this location with another custom cake order. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?

Does Baskin-Robbins sell gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.

You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
