  I had ordered a coffee online on the app when I show up to pick up my order the person who was making the drinks gave me a attitude and proceeded to say we don’t have anything with your name I asked the cashier the Spanish lady she said we’re sorry someone else took your order and she was so nice and made me another drink but I don’t understand how people could me very rude to customers this lady actually helped me

  I live within 10 minutes of 5 different Dunkin’ Donuts stores. This store consistently puts less pumps of flavored syrup in my coffee. I now order it with an extra pump and yet it still tastes like there’s barely any syrup added. Even though it’s the closest drive up location, I rarely go there because they never make it correctly.

  I’ve been to this Dunkin’ location multiple times, and the atmosphere is genuinely nice. The store itself feels welcoming, and the food and drinks are solid and consistent with what you’d expect from Dunkin’. That said, the biggest issue here is staffing. Having only two employees trying to run the drive-thru, take front-counter orders, and prepare food and drinks is completely unrealistic. During rush hour, they’re clearly overwhelmed, and it’s not their fault. On top of that, they’re expected to clean the store and handle closing duties, which only adds more pressure and cannot be done with 2 people. Unfortunately, management makes the situation worse. The manager, Ranvir, is rude and disrespectful toward employees, which is so uncomfortable to witness, especially in front of children. Obviously the workers are doing their best under poor conditions, but they aren’t being supported the way they should be.

  For a dunkin of this size, they only ever have the same basic unchanging menu. Even the tiny ones inside grocery stores have muffins and new breakfasts.
