- YFYaokun Feng5 days ago1.0I’ve noticed that this Chipotle location has recently started adding three full spoonfuls of rice to my bowls. This has happened with my last two orders, and the amount of rice leaves very little room for protein and the other ingredients. Is this now the standard portion practice at this location? I hope the portioning can be adjusted. Otherwise, I may have to consider visiting a different location in the future.

Your standard has dived down. Probably selling because of the location. You are probably on your way out.

Every time I come to this Chipotle, the Coca-Cola is never working and they don’t tell me until after I already purchased it. They also won’t ever refill the Coca-Cola machine for some reason when I tell them it’s out. Then I find out I can’t get a refund on my drink?? Not happy!!!

There was a Line of about 7 people but only 1 person was dishing out food while one guy manned the cash register/prepared mobile orders and the other 3 just wandered around. No fresh food was being prepared at the time so I didn’t understand why any of these other staff members didn’t jump in to help to have two guys working the food assembly line. It took about 30 Minutes for me to get my food. I also noticed that the guacamole was rotten- it was completely dark brown (looked like refried beans) and they were still serving it. I got a steak bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn, pico and cilantro lime sauce. It was the worst chipotle I ever had. The steak was dried out and everything was SO SPICY that I could barely eat it. Very disappointing experience.
