- KEKita English3 days ago1.0I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this Chipotle. I asked a simple question about charges on my receipt and was spoken to disrespectfully by an employee who identified himself as John. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was being treated as if I were an idiot for simply asking for an explanation. The manager, however, was professional and did an excellent job explaining the charges to me. Unfortunately, John’s behavior completely changed my experience and made me feel humiliated and as though I did not matter as a customer. Customers deserve better treatment than this. Asking a question about a receipt should never result in a customer being spoken to disrespectfully or made to feel uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this type of behavior because customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy.

- AAACJul 28, 20261.0Where do I begin, I’ve given this chipotle so many chances but every time I go, it’s the same thing. Always out of a 1 or more protein. Chicken today was warm. Out of 3 proteins at 8pm is ridiculous. I emailed the previous time about this issue and still no response. Is it protocol to not cook any proteins after a certain time because that should be promoted or a sign should be placed up. I would also get the refrigeration checked or temp the food. I don’t think I will be going back to this location which is disappointing as it is the nearest location for me.
