- NCNate CostelloJun 26, 20265.0I was driving around on a cold, dark, rainy day, when out of nowhere, my stomach makes a rather grotesque sound. The kind of sound that makes babies cry. It didn’t ache. It burned. Burned and yearned for what it needed dearly. Chick-Fil-A. Before I knew it I was driving to my nearest chick fil a, almost like it was a second nature. The pain was worsening, I was considering giving up right then and there, but this was a war I HAD to fight. So on I pushed, through puddles, potholes, and intersections. Then there it was at last, the red logo glistened in the so dull day. Making my way into the drive through I realized this wasn’t your normal chick fil a. I saw a man, not a boy, but a man. Working like a well oiled machine. Tablet in hand, firing off order after order, seemingly robotic, yet somehow mesmerizing. As I approached closer I caught a glimpse of a name tag I could only describe as a polished gemstone. Where light reflected as it would in fresh glacier water. “Luke” is what the name read. Taking my order, his soothing yet somehow stern voice took control of me. My order flowed seamlessly out of my mouth. With just a couple taps, and what could be the most courteous “my pleasure” to ever grace my ears. My order was taken. And Luke moved on to the next vehicle. Needless to say the food was astounding. Steaming and glowing in its crispy beauty. 10/10 would visit again.

It’s just such a pleasure to go through the drive through, hungry and tired, and be greeted by smiling, friendly people who genuinely seem to like their job. And when it comes to fast food, this is FAST. And delicious! Chick fil a certainly isn’t health food but their chicken is great and it’s not a greasy mess like other fast food chains. The quality of their food and staff is top notch. I forget the name of the guy who took my order last night, but he really made me smile. 😊

I was planning a Chick-fil-A party for my son's class, and when I called ahead with questions, Tyler helped me every step of the way. He was patient, knowledgeable, calm, and very respectful. He took the time to go over everything with me and made sure I understood the details of my order. I even called again the morning of the event just to make sure everything was still on track, and Tyler reassured me that everything was ready to go. When I arrived, he reviewed my order with me one more time to make sure everything was correct. His attention to detail was amazing. What stood out the most was how confident and prepared he was. He thought of things before I even had a chance to ask about them. There were no problems, no confusion, and no stress because I knew he had everything handled. It takes a lot for me to fully trust someone with an important order, especially when it's for children, but Tyler made the entire process smooth and easy. He went above and beyond with his customer service, and it really showed. Thank you, Tyler, for making my son's special day go so smoothly.
