- DMDaniel Mcshane2 days ago3.0Convient to the location, but is on the expensive side.
- KHK HELLO3 days ago1.0I go there when I need a quick product. I frequently need deli meat. My goodness the deli counter is a mess. They have one poor 90 year old lady behind the counter with a line into the aisles. She just pads along at an expected pace for an elderly woman. She does one slice at a time and looks at each slice before adding it to the pile. She slowly scans the scale for the right product and ensures the weight is just right. It is painful to watch. When I called and spoke to manager they told me that it is a union issue and they are not allowed to put additional personnel because of a union contract. It can that over an hour before the line moves at all. Please corporate you need to step in and do something, it is horrible.
- RTRae TroSep 8, 20261.0If i could give negative stars, I would. When you walk in the store, it smells like rancid meat and bad produce. I tried to give it one more chance and went to customer service to ask if they sell a product, and I was inconveniencing the employees by asking them to look it up. To the point the employee started ignoring me and dealing with another employee. How can you work customer service and have ZERO customer service skills? Very unprofessional, I will drive out of my way to stick to Shoprite.
- JSJoe “ZosoJoe” SerpSep 2, 20263.0Quite a few empty spaces on shelves. Not a great selection for most products, but for some reason had about 60 flavors of Pringles.? Shop from home staff make a mess of shelves while trying to pick their orders. 10-20 people standing all around waiting for their Starbucks. The bakery cabinet has good product from Liscios though.
- BKBill KleinAug 25, 20262.0This is a smaller local store we usually go to when we either ran out of something or forgot to get it during our weekly trip to a larger supermarket. A couple of times I've gone in to purchase a special sale item only to find they are sold out. I also find costs on the high side with limited variety. However their staff is exceptionally friendly polite and helpful.
