- JBJohn BAug 26, 20262.0Incredibly disappointing experience, after coming here regularly for a while. Busy Saturday, ordered dine-in. They said 15-20 minute wait because they were backed up. Well...a full 45 minutes went by and when we asked about our food, it was not even being made. The man at the counter just said , "yeah it's not being made yet". Nothing else. No apology whatsoever or even an excuse that they forgot the ticket. We left b/c we had to be somewhere and told them to cancel our order. Still no apology, and then they had the audacity to actually charge us for our $3 dollar coffees. Hope that was worth it to them.
