She gave no napkin , had to ask for it, plus she forgot to give a straw and any ketchup that goes with the food. She was busy talking to other employees and was very easily distracted!!!

When I got to my truck, I realized they were still old, so I went back inside and requested a fresh order. While waiting, I watched an employee touch the trash can and other surrounding surfaces with the same gloves she was using to handle customers’ food. That immediately made me uncomfortable. I declined the replacement order and requested a refund because I no longer had confidence in the food handling practices. This wasn’t just about the hash browns—it was about food safety. Gloves should be changed after touching contaminated surfaces before handling ready-to-eat food. I hope management addresses this through additional food safety training, because no customer should have to witness that.

They are simply inefficient and it’s just almost impossible to get the order right. If you have time to deal with it, go here. If not, there is a better one before Menlo Park Mall in route 1
