  Came here today 15 minutes before closed time. All the tables, all the chairs on the tables. Employees eating playing door close. Knock on the door once nobody opens knock on the door second times open with the altitude, this door is closed. Use the other doors.Great place to start the business

  My first experience to this Chipotle, and the service was terrible. To start with, the grilled onions and bell peppers were over and we had to wait for about 10 minutes for them to be cooked. Several customers went ahead of us, we kept waiting. When we started ordering, they weren’t listening to me properly and overfilled the tacos. (I asked for tofu in one and black beans in 2, she gave me tofu + black beans in all 3). Their assembly line is so messy. We had to wait for the veggies to be brought from the stove to the counter, and our bowl and tacos were literally left there open. The staff was visibly annoyed at us when we were waiting for the veggies. When he started wrapping the tacos, he made a mess, wrapped it in a foil instead of giving it to me in a container that retains the shape of the taco. (I felt guilty initially, I thought Im asking for many toppings and thats what made a mess but they should have been careful with quantities and not overfill it). When I brought it home, i literally ate my tacos with a fork. In my husband’s bowl, though he asked them to put the sour cream OVER the veggies, they put the veggies after the sour cream- they just DONT listen to their customers. On top of these things, my husband got no toilet paper in the bathroom. Their management needs to do a better job. I honestly thought they’re having a bad day or something, but literally I am shocked to see so many negative reviews about their management and service.

  Pleasantly surprised how big the portion we’ve got on a Thursday night. 2 stars for Stale chips & dirty dining room area.

  Had my brother pick up an order for me and the person who made it messed it up and put the same thing in mine that my brother ordered and cause my brothers like 10 years younger and has no patience he didnt feel like telling him to remake it and just came home with it [which wasn't what he ordered for me]. So I had to pay and eat something I did not ask for... I would have 100% made them remake it idc how busy it was

  Workers are rude . Everytime I come to this restaurant it’s only the Hispanic woman who are disrespectful to me , especially Francisca. Those 3 girls who worked today , April 26th is the reason I’ll never step foot in that establishment again. The whole back team and front watched me get ignored. I have contacted corporate.
