A family friend ordered a catering order from this Chipotle through door dash, over 30 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be delivered, this location cancelled the order. To accept a catering order and then cancel it after it was supposed to be delivered clearly shows they have no problems inconveniencing people and do not show the proper care and respect to their paying customers. This location commented on my review publicly so it can seem that they actually cared to help in anyway only for the company to do nothing. Chipotle needs help in their customer service.

If you don't go there and argue with the person serving you protein, they will rob you of your hard earned dollars. I suggested to the manager that they clean during g down time. Tonight I walked out with nothing for tge second time and drove to the C l ark location. The counter workers were waiting for the cook to put water in the steam table and bring fresh rice and they would not clean the area while waiting they just stood there. If they are not expected to maintain sanitation in an area so visible to customers. What are they neglecting in the back that we can't see. I'm not going back

The chicken and steak for a half and half bowl were chewy and chicken was mainly the fatty pieces. Food quality here is clearly not monitored or managed and thus, customers get the sub par food handed to them. Not a chipotle fan but after this experience I will always be a QDOBA advocate for quick, fresh, and delicious food with fresh made chips.
