  In last 5 week this place has gone down hill service sub par atmosphere of employees dont care & not really wanting to work. Food quality has gone down & portions . It show to bc 5 weeks ago this place use to have long line now barely anybody . As of today with my burrito being the size of taco . This is my last time at this location . I will now travel further to get standard size burrito & not get rip off & did mention this to shift supervisor & they didnt care . Guess u plan on closing doors at this location soon

  I wish i would have gave them less than one star. I know they wont even care about review but still its 3:40pm i went to this location and guess what no beans no fajitas asked for lettuce and didnt put in my bowl. Like for real what kind of service and management you guys have ridiculous.

  I drove out of my way to visit this Chipotle after finding that another nearby location had already closed for the night, so I was already frustrated before I even arrived. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. When I ordered two bowls, I noticed that one had noticeably less chicken than the other. I politely asked the employee, who said her name was Diana (if I heard correctly), if she could make the portions even. Instead, she added what looked like a single piece of chicken and told me that if she added any more, I would have to pay extra. It wasn’t just the decision that bothered me—it was the way I was treated. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Because of how the situation was handled, I asked to speak with a manager. At that point, Diana began speaking in Spanish to another employee. I don’t speak Spanish, so I can’t say what was being said, but from my perspective it made me feel uncomfortable and excluded during an already frustrating interaction. As a paying customer, I wasn’t asking for free food—I was simply asking for the portions on my two bowls to be consistent. A small request shouldn’t have turned into such an unpleasant experience. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately this location fell well below the standard I expect from Chipotle. I hope management addresses both portion consistency and how customers are treated, because experiences like this make people think twice about coming back.

  I’m live in Hillsborough where Chipotle is an over-priced Taco Bell. I went to Avenal there’s a drive through the dining area is not dirty like Hillsborough. The food is actually edible. Chipotle in Hillsborough is dirty and the food is expired and tasteless. The food is such low quality I had to take my child to a real Chipotle located close to New York. Like I said Chipotle in Hillsborough is an over-priced Taco Bell. If you’re love Chipotle but don’t like the calories go to Hillsborough you will never eat Chipotle again.
