  We were recently at The Palm, Atlantic City and had such a great time. The food and drinks were amazing and our waiter Eric was so attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and wine list. He really made us feel welcomed and we enjoyed the whole experience. We will be back and will ask for Eric again. Thank you for a wonderful time.

  Have been here many times.The service and atmosphere is exceptional. Last night ordered Salmon with risotto. The risotto was just plain yellow rice over salted.My husband had sword fish extremely small cut and over salted.Shrimp cocktail disappointing backside of shrimp not cleaned properly and shrimp was warm not chilled. We love this place. I’m thinking because it was a Wednesday night they maybe had their 2nd stringers in the kitchen.

  This is the first time that we have had a bad experience at The Palm and if it was our very first visit, it would have been our last. What made the experience poor was our server, Youshy. It took Youshy more than ten minutes to greet us after we were seated. The restaurant was not busy the evening that we were there. He took our drink orders and then there was a long wait for the cocktails to arrive. We also ordered a bottle of wine to have with our dinner. He stopped back at our table and asked if we would be ordering wine, we refreshed his memory regarding our wine choice. Youshy took our dinner and appetizer orders. Bread did not arrive at our table until just before the entrees were served. The empty dishes and glasses stayed on our table until we were done with our dinner. At that point, we opted to forego coffee and dessert - we always looked forward to ending our meal with the Palm Zeppoles. It was not a fine dining experience but rather a very disappointing visit. The food was good, the overall atmosphere suffered due to the poor service. Very disappointing.

  The Palm is one of our favorite spots in Atlantic City. Every time we walk in, we’re welcomed like we’re part of the neighborhood. The staff is always friendly, professional, and it’s great seeing the same familiar faces year after year. The food is consistently excellent, the drinks are always spot on, and their happy hour is one of the best in Atlantic City. What really stands out is the consistency—we’ve been here many times and have never had a bad experience. If you’re looking for great food, great drinks, and a place that makes you feel at home, The Palm is a must-visit. Highly recommended! 🍸🍽️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
