  This is the second time that we’ve taken out Gigi salads and we were disappointed both times. The bacon was very fatty and not cut up at all. Frankly, it was inedible and it is a big part of the enjoyment that was missing. Overall, the salad just felt like it wasn’t the good old Gigi salad that we always loved.

  I order the 156.00 tomahawk steak! There was no flavor. Taste like a low grade of meat. I’ve traveled all over the world and have eaten in many restaurants because of my military service. Don’t waste your time or money at the upscale restaurant

  Eric was the standout of our entire experience at The Palm last night. His service, attitude, and attention to detail were exceptional from the moment we sat down. He was professional, personable, and went well above and beyond to make sure our table was taken care of. The Palm is lucky to have someone like him representing the restaurant. The food was mixed. The wedge salad was incredible—honestly one of the best parts of the meal—and the lobster was excellent. Everyone else at the table said their steaks were excellent as well. Unfortunately, the $159 Porterhouse I ordered wasn’t the best I’ve ever had. It was tough, dry, and disappointing, especially at that price point from a restaurant known for steak. Despite that, Eric’s service was so good that I wanted to make sure he received the recognition he deserves.

  Great Food Service Ambiance upon arrival booth wasn't ready so we went to the bar to see a friend Mary Lou. She has been assisting us for years!! Finished our drinks n proceeded to dine. Food exceptional. Thanks

  First and foremost I would like to say that the staff was very friendly. It is a beautiful restaurant that is usually not very crowded. We had made reservations and asked for a quiet booth. We got put right between two other parties of people, while there were so many other empty tables. Lobster Mac and cheese and the salad special was very good. Mashed potatoes were full of flavor. However, we ordered a center cut steak to be made medium. We received it rare. Almost blue. The waiter was friendly and asked if we wanted cooked longer. We all know not to send anything back to the kitchen, no matter how high rated the restaurant is. We politely declined. We did not eat the uncooked steak and the waiter should have offered to remove it from the bill but he did not. Very disappointed about that. Aside from that incident everything has always been fine when we go here. If we go again and have a better experience, we will update our rating.
