  We came for my son’s ninth birthday at Atlantic City. The experience was incredible all around; the food was delicious the scenery was amazing but it was a much better experience because of our waiter Jay. He was kind, attentive, friendly and speedy. This was a good experience but enhanced significantly because we had a waiter that cared. Thank you Jay for being a gentle man in a busy world :)

  We visited Rainforest Cafe in Atlantic City today and had a really enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was definitely the highlight — fun, immersive, and great for families or anyone looking for something different. The service was good, and the staff was attentive throughout our visit. The food was good, though not quite great, but still enjoyable overall. Between the atmosphere and solid service, we had a positive experience and would definitely go back again in the future!

  Tried to go during lunch. I went to the hostess stand and stated I wanted to order kids food to go. She directed me to the bar. The female bartender seemed overwhelmed and told me it would take awhile. I told her that’s fine I just need a kids menu. Got rude and showed me her tickets that she was too busy to give me kids menu. Fine. Went back to the host and asked for kids menu and asked if we could order from anyone else. She told us no. Fine. We t back to the bar, with my toddler and baby in stroller wanting to order. Stated I know what I want can I put my order in. Bartender, again rude, told me she has customers and was busy. Like ma’am… I’m a customer! We r back to the host to ask for a manager and the bartender still wouldn’t serve us. Manager was unhelpful. If you’re a mom with kids please don’t come here. To go orders were refused. Bartender clearly does not know how to handle her job. Too overwhelmed with only 3 parties

  We had such a wonderful experience at the Rainforest Cafe in Atlantic City! Our server, Devon, was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and made sure our order was taken care of promptly and accurately. Devon checked on us regularly, made sure our drinks were always filled, and went above and beyond to ensure that my wife, daughter, and I had an enjoyable dining experience. His warm personality and excellent customer service truly made our visit even more memorable. Thank you, Devon, for helping make our family outing so special. We will definitely be back and hope to have you as our server again!

  I had been wanting to visit for a long time. The place is beautiful, the gift shop is incredible, and the food—especially the drinks—was a 10/10. The only thing that disappointed me was our server. Christian greeted us in a very forced way from the moment we arrived, and as soon as we were seated, he immediately asked if we wanted to order drinks—we hadn’t even opened the menu yet. I asked him to give us a few minutes. When we ordered our food and asked a couple of questions, his explanations again felt forced, and he had a bit of an attitude. When our food finally arrived, my family and I had just started eating—literally with food in our hands and mouths—when he came over to ask if we wanted boxes. (❓). We had just begun eating. It’s also worth mentioning that we were his only table at the time. Meanwhile, another server had three tables and provided incredible service and hospitality. Unfortunately, our server made us feel uncomfortable.
