  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Theresa deserves 5 stars. She was an amazing waitress, very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made our experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work, giving us stories and memories. Thank you, Theresa, for making our visit so enjoyable. We would definitely love to have her as our waitress again.

  Jay was the best waiter! We had such a great dinner, and he made the experience even better. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the evening. Everything we ordered, from the nachos to the Python pasta, was absolutely delicious! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

  RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Poor SERVICE!!! The Manager was RUDE and she over charge me & FAMILY!!!!After I asked her a Question she called the cops on me & family!!! THE WORKERS SURROUNDED MY FAMILY like we were criminals,!!! She kept reaching across my Best friend face and put her hand in my face while I was talking!!!! I asked her several times to get her hands out my face and she wouldn’t!!!!

  Charles was THE BEST!!! Our waiter at Rainforest Cafe, and truly one of the nicest people ever. He made an already amazing experience even better! We drove all the way from Virginia to Atlantic City because my son absolutely LOVES animatronics, and Rainforest Cafe did not disappoint! The atmosphere, animatronics, and overall experience were everything we hoped for. We would absolutely go back in a heartbeat! Our only wish is that there was a Rainforest Cafe closer to us. Thank you, Charles, for making our visit so memorable! We loved it!

  I am extremely disappointed and upset by my experience at this restaurant. As a vegetarian, I specifically ordered a pasta dish without any meat and trusted that my dietary request would be properly communicated and carefully followed by the kitchen. Unfortunately, meat was clearly mixed into my pasta, and rather than preparing an entirely new meal, it is obvious that the meat was picked out of my dish before serving it to me. This was not an acceptable resolution, particularly given that I had specifically requested a vegetarian meal. I trusted the restaurant to take my dietary requirements seriously, and I am deeply concerned that my meal was not prepared with the level of care and attention I expected. Even more troubling, I became terribly sick approximately 20 minutes after consuming the pasta, which made an already disappointing experience extremely concerning. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when a customer has clearly communicated a dietary restriction, the appropriate response should be to prepare the meal again from the beginning rather than attempting to remove an ingredient after the fact. This experience has significantly affected my trust in the restaurant, and unfortunately, I would not feel comfortable returning. I sincerely hope management takes this matter seriously, reviews what occurred with the kitchen and service staff, and takes appropriate steps to ensure that other customers—particularly those with dietary restrictions—are treated with greater care and attention.
