All is can say is WOW!! Went in as a party of 6 and ordered drinks at 14$ each and had 2 drinks each. Ordered food and two of the people in our party had ordered the same meal and they both were horrible. One of the two asked to have them replace chicken fingers for the bad dish. They came out and were cold. When the bill came 260$ later they did not comp the one bad dish took off the original bad dish then charged for the second bad dish. Asked for the manager so I could make her aware of what was going on and she was very rude and dismissive refused to take anything off the bill and then went straight to her one man security guard who then eyeballed us and spoke under his breath and antagonized us till we left the establishment. The manager ran for the back room as we were leaving. Never again will use this establishment or recommend to anyone. I dont care about spending money for good product but to spend that much on eh food that was edible and 2 bad dishes is terrible. They should be ashamed to have people like that working for them.

The 4 of us decided to visit the tiki bar, that sits adjacent to the bar and grill, one afternoon during our recent visit to AC. The seats on the front and back of the bar were empty. And there were only 2 other people sitting at the 16 or so empty tables around the bar. The bartenders were personable. We took our drinks to one of the empty tables in front of the bar where we could get a nice view of the beach. The cocktails were good and the beer was cold. We were about halfway through our drinks when this girl comes up and throws us out of where we were sitting, stating that if we weren't ordering food we weren't allowed to sit at any of the tables. At this time there were only 2 other people there besides us. Now mind you, no food is prepared at the tiki bar. The food order is called into the adjacent bar and grill, which was also pretty much empty at this time. The waitress has to walk over, pick the order up which has been put in a to go order container and a bag. And that's how your food is delivered to your table. Anyway, we took 5 minutes to finish our drinks and left to go somewhere else that needed our money and tips much more than apparently this place did.

came here for our first vacation in atlantic city and will not be back. When we entered both hostess gave my family and me weird looks when we asked for a table. When we were finally given our food we were not given any utensils or napkins. My boyfriend who is also a server had to get up himself to go grab everyone utensils while the servers kept walking past him watching him do their jobs. Not once did the servers come up to us to ask how we were doing. We ordered two kids lemonades and were only given one which we weren’t upset with so we asked to get the second one. After a while the second one never came so we asked what happened to the second one and our server asked us again if we still wanted it which started to upset us… at this point we didn’t want it anymore. We noticed we had no napkins so my boyfriend once again had to go get us napkins while the server who was serving us was getting utensils and napkins for other tables and actively checking on them. The only difference between the sections was that they were white and we were a hispanic family. The only person who actively came to the table is the photographer who was trying to sell us photo frames for $20. When we told the server at the end that he wasn’t paying attention to us and that we had to eat with our hands with no napkins he didn’t apologize, all he said was “thank you for understanding” no i’m sorry in his sentence, and he really did not care. Only time he was quick to check on us was when we asked for the check and gave him a tip. I also noticed some 1 star reviews here saying the same thing that they were treated differently for being hispanic. I also noticed in the reviews landshark doesn’t actually respond but instead has an automated response. I would never come back here for the food i would come to get a drink at the bar because the bartender was extremely nice and attentive but the server we had didn’t seem to care. Really bad on Landshark since we were a big family of 8 ready to spend a lot of money. We had better service from a stand on the boardwalk than an actual restaurant that seems to only cater to a certain demographic🫶

This is a late review. One of my worst dining experiences. For the first time in my life I left no tip and I tend to over tip. Took us a while to get seated which is understandable since we needed an accessible table. However, our waitress Chloe finally came to take our order only after we asked a couple of times if anybody would take our order and when she finally came she was extremely rude and seemed more interested in the table next to us. When the food finally came one order was slightly wrong. We had asked for no dressing on the Chicken Sandwich. Server apologized and offered to correct. He also insisted in leaving the other order which we didn't touch. Few minutes later we could see Chloe screaming at him. She then storms over to the table, grabs the wrong order which again we didn't want and didn't touch and adds you can't have this as if we were trying to get free food. Extremely embarrassing. We didn't see her back for quite a while until we had to ask to have her come over. We addressed the situation with a manager after but haven't been and won't be back.

Landshark was not my first choice for dinner, I reviewed their menu online and found it limited and very expensive. When my other choices locally failed because they were closed or not as advertised, I ended up here. While there was a deal on Margaritas, the food menu selection was somewhat limited and outrageously expensive! I ordered corn fritters as an appetizer (to split with my wife) and lemon and garlic salmon with roasted potatoes with chefs choice vegetable. The "corn fritters" were actually hush puppies and were slightly burned in the deep fryer. Disappointing for a $15 appetizer. My half filet of salmon was served overtop a ridiculously large mound of green beans with six small pieces of cut potato. The salmon was cooked perfectly, but the taste and essence of the lemon garlic sauce was completely absent, it tasted completely unmarinnated. The potatoes and green beans were barely lukewarm. Completely disappointing and underwhelming for a $30 dish that came with no other perks. My wife's coconut shrimp were overcooked and mediocre in quality. Accompanied by a small serving of French fries, equally underwhelming and disappointing for a $25 dish with no other perks. We ate on the covered deck, although it provided a lovely view of the beach and ocean, it felt worn out and in need of maintenance and repairs. The paint on the steel posts and roof structure is actively peeling and large areas of oxidation decay and rust are visible. The staff seemed stretched thin for a dining room that wasn't full by any stretch of the imagination and were not attentive to fundamental needs. There were no utensils on the table when we were seated; despite coming to the table first for our beverage order and then for our food order, our server didn't notice the lack of utensils. He served the appetizer and walked away, I had to flag him down a few minutes later to ask for utensils and napkins. Please dont mistake, he was polite, but overall not nearly attentive enough. Considering this location is an extension of the Resorts Casino, my experience was disappointing and left much to be desired. Little overall value for small servings of mediocre food. If it wasn't such a hassle to park/cost of parking, I would gladly have driven elsewhere in the city, or even Absecon, for better food with improved value. A sign posted to the posts advises not to feed or interact with the seagulls because "....the seagulls are aggressive." I avidly waited to see one of these "aggressive" seagulls, instead I saw only two seagulls perched on the roof that seemed pacifist and uninvigourated during the entirety of my meal - the pigeons on the roof at least seemed invested in cooing a little! Very disappointed the "aggressive" seagulls never showed despite the dire warnings on the posted signs!
