    Me and my sis walked from the casino to get coffee and breakfast sandwich. When we got our order we had 3 coffees when my sis asked for a cup carrier the employee act like she had an attitude because we asked for it and then I asked for some jelly because we had to breakfast sandwiches they act like they didnt want to give it to us and then said it will be an extra cost. I asked them you dont give jelly so I have to eat a dry sandwich. A customer offer to pay for it which I feel was wrong because it should come with the sandwich

    I’ve been a regular customer at Dunkin’ for a long time, but my experience today was honestly disappointing. I ordered my usual medium latte, which I’ve consistently received with two espresso shots, and I even pay extra to make sure it’s made the way I like it. Today, however, the employee told me that the new standard medium latte does not come with two shots, which directly contradicts what I’ve been getting every time I come in. When I tried to explain this, the response I got felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a loyal customer, I expect not only consistency in the product but also respectful communication. It’s frustrating to be treated this way, especially when I’m paying extra for something that should be clearly understood by staff. The employee needs better training both in customer service and in understanding the menu and drink standards. I hope management takes this seriously, because experiences like this make regular customers reconsider coming back. She refused to help without even looking it up or calling a manager, and instead gave me a rude look like she already knew everything. Because of that, I chose not to order anything and left. I ended up driving all the way to Starbucks, which is quite far, just to get the drink made the way I wanted.

    Horrible service and the restrooms were hideous. I visited this location at 11:00 a.m. in the morning. There is no reason that the bathrooms should look like that. First. You had to get a key from the lady at the desk and the keys lock is upside downwards. So you cannot turn the knob in the right direction opening the bathroom door. It's urine on the floor. It's toilet tissues on the floor. It's just unkept and it was horrible. As for the food I've had place in online order and I'm standing there waiting and waiting and I see my food behind their counter. I asked for my order and they proceeded to have me stand there and wait. I had a matcha which involved ice and the ice was absorbing within my drink just will not go there anymore. At least not this location. The everything bagels stuffed with cream cheese were okay. They weren't warm by the time I got them I think. If the attendants had paid more attention to the customers at the pickup lines as they were paying attention to those they were ringing up. My food probably would have been much better because it wouldn't have been as cold

    Food is OK. The cashier did not proactively apply an applicable meal discount, which felt dishonest.
