I ordered for pick up, I remembered to mention that I needed utensils.. they must've overlooked that specification. The bbq sauce came on the side of my wings... not sure why they didnt just put the sauce on HONEY BBQ WINGS. Also, I got a box full of drums. There wasnt one single wing in the box. Not one flat piece. Ridiculous. Not one flat.. 20 dollars for a box of drums.

After spending well over 200$ on dinner for my children and myself, one of my 3 game cards did not work, when I bring this to the attention of a very rude manager, I was told it wasn't the card I was given and basically I was trying to get over, when I explained that I didn't just appear with a random card, he just kept repeating himself, this isn't the card on the receipt, when I eventually got frustrated with not only having my kids money stolen but also being stolen from. He then had security treat me like a drunk and escort me and my kids out. I've never in all of life had such a terrible experience at any of the city's places before, especially ones for kids. I literally tipped the waitress more than the card was worth and to be treated like that after the soggy greasy food. I'll never go back and I'll tell anyone I know to never go there. Absolutely disgusted. I'm pretty sure it was a simple waitress mistake, and a quick look at a camera or something would have proved me right, to be treated like I have some kind of mental handicap and then be thrown out like a drunk when I don't appreciate it, I don't drink or do any drugs at all, so to be treated that way was unbelievable, I'm still mad 3 hours later

This place is so much fun! The food was amazing, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. There was a great variety of games, so there was something for everyone to enjoy. Everything was clean and well maintained, and I was impressed that none of the machines were out of service. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back!

Poor understanding of what a well fried wing request is. The chicken wings were not fresh fried. They came out 15-20 minutes after ordering sauced properly but far from the crispy and hot as expected from a fresh batch of wings. Could've refused but fussy hungry kids gobbled them up. Server was attentive but slightly not understanding of our request.

We've been here a handful of times now and have always been treated with excellent service; the staff have been professional, efficient, and go out of their way to create a hospitable environment. We have a four year old, so the games are a great draw, plus he doesn't have to be still or silent the entire time. The food has also been consistent - a decent take at bar food with good drinks. Is recommend it to anyone who's looking for decent, quick food.
