  we were excited to try this place for the first time coming from NY. 3 people working none acknowledged us standing there for 10 minutes while the workers dab eachother up in the back instead of doing their job. my mother had to basically walk behind the counter to ask for service. then they told us they had no chicken!! worst experience ever like being around lazy barely working robots. don’t go here

  There were LONG STANDS OF HAIR in my Food. When I informed the manger she just looked at me and said nothing. Whst kind of place is this?

  I ordered online and gave them the order number but they didn’t give me the order because my name was not written on the receipt. This is your problem not mine. I have the order number but they don’t care

  I ate at this restaurant on 7/13 & 7/14 when I was visiting AC for vacation, and I have to say, the food is DELICIOUS. I ordered the OG sandwich & a side of fries on both days, and it wasn't horrible and rubbery like the other chicken places in AC. The only problem is that it can take a bit long to receive your food, so if you're an impatient person or have impatient kids, I would not suggest you to come here (it's worth the wait though). But everything else was great! But now I'm back home writing this review, I am a bit sad that i wont be eating there again for a while 🙁. I know this is not headquarters but I have one suggestion to make if it's POSSIBLE; PLEASE OPEN A LOCATION IN WOODBRIDGE TWP NJ. I will be very glad if it opens in my town! And I have one location suggestion if the company does plan on opening here, it's this closed Red Robin space that's located in the Woodbridge Center Mall (it's the one in the picture👇). This mall sometimes gets busy especially on the weekends and it's packed when they do those monthly pokemon card shows in the mall, so it might be a great location!

  Food was fine, can't say it was anything special. Service was inefficient at best. Perhaps Gordon Ramsey could walk down the boardwalk and film a Kitchen Nightmares episode. 1 cashier, 1 cook, and one lady in all black uniform that just seemed to walk back and forth. The cashier had a nonstop line because she had to take orders, give orders, make milkshakes, and bizarrely fill cups of ketchup from bag that is clearly for a dispenser. The only thing I saw the lady in black do was hand someone a beer from the cooler and override something on the register. As mentioned in multiple reviews, the restaurant wasn't particularly clean. I get it, it's summer on the Atlantic City Boardwalk but none of the other mom and pop restaurants looked like this. I also saw multiple mentions of taking a long time to get food. Based on the time on my receipt, it took 17 minutes for 2 chicken tenders and fries that were just over warm. If the lady in black isn't helping cook, taking orders, expediting, or checking orders perhaps she could clean or help one of the other 2 associates and have them service the dining room. Wouldnhave liked to have had a draft beer, but that section was closed (apparently). Honestly, I would have been much happier grabbing a slice of pizza from somewhere else on the boardwalk. Clearly nobody cares too much. None of these issues are unique to my visit. Perhaps they haven't seen them as the poor Google reviews seem to be ignored while someone takes the time to thank those who have a good experience.
