How long does it really take to make chicken and fries? Did they have to pluck the chicken in the back or something? Guy should be ashamed to have his face on this location! What made it even more frustrating was seeing employees sitting outside smoking or eating pizza while customers were left waiting with no explanation, updates, or apology. To make matters worse, our table was extremely dirty. The lack of organization, cleanliness, and respect for customers’ time was obvious. If you can’t handle the volume of orders, at least be honest about the wait times. I would not recommend this place and definitely won’t be coming back.
