  My husband and I had an amazing experience with this store, working directly with Taylor, who went above and beyond the typical service you would expect in this day and age. We had ordered pralines from Savannah to be used for wedding favors, but we discovered the day before the wedding that we were short...by a lot! We discovered this franchise and Taylor was not just willing to help but had an incredible attitude and problem-solving mentality as we worked through it together. Ultimately, within a few hours, Taylor had a large order of mini-pralines made, nicely wrapped (with a ribbon color of our choice!), and packaged for our arranged courier to NYC. River Street Sweets and Taylor saved the day -- and everyone raved about the pralines!

  Don't tell me I am getting Gelato, and paying for Gelato when I am getting ice cream. It was good coffee ice cream, but NOT Gelato. There was none of the creaminess that real Gelato has. Staff is very inattentive.

  We visited on National Pralines Day 😁 it’s a big store with LOTS to choose from, including candies and ice cream. It’s pricey, but the quality is very good.

  I felt like a little kid in a candy store... maybe because I'm a big kid and no one can tell me what not to get! Just kidding. I went with some friends who got delicious Gelato there. I got the bear claw, which is pretty popular. Great place for dessert after a meal at one of the restaurants nearby.
