That being said for what it costs, no one in the party should say , "I am pretty sure these mushrooms came out of a can," or "Are these thes same grilled onions they use at Wawa?" It goes from being a 'yay' to 'oh, yeah, hmmm.' A meal in this place costs too much for the later. As a brand, they can raise the bar on the burger and topping quality. The origin of the potatoes for the hand cut fries is always different. It's a part of the Five Guys experience to expect. That variation alone makes it a stand out because, there are a lot of fry burger joints out there and those fries can be flat on the cusp of baked salted cardboard. FG fries never disappoint even if i decide i don't like them on that particular visit. It's the nature of the beast. Milkshakes are always on point! Too bad you can't get an over flowing milkshake the way they give you heaps of fries. LOL. Customer service was great as always!

It's really frustrating that I order 4 burgers that cost me 50 dollars and 3 out of 4 of them the toppings are wrong. Mayo, tomato, bbq sauce, grilled onions. Is it really that hard. All they put was tomato. Waste of my money.
