However, during the last year I have noticed a dramatic reduction of available staff in the store. This has resulted in much slower service and checkout times have lengthened. I understand why Shaws wants to maximize profits at the cost of convenience to customers. If that remains your priority you should install self-checkouts. I will continue to shop for my own groceries and will not opt for the pick up option. Please consider your customer’s convenience as there are other shopping options in the area.

Those included empty boxes scattered around, a stack of empty pallets, a full pallet, and various employees with carts. I mentioned those issues to my cashier, and was met with silence. It was not a good shopping experience.
