- CLCourtnie LebronJul 18, 20262.0I went through drive through. The guy taking the order had a rude tone, but that's not unusual for this location. We order one large iced coffee with vanilla swirl and regular cream and liquid sugar but we got a large ice French vanilla with liquid sugar and no cream. We also order a large hot cream only and got a large iced cream only. Almost every time i go here, which isn't that often, the person in the window has an attitude and my order is almost always wrong. I always feel uncomfortable and unsatisfied every time I leave here.

Wife and I went through drive through, ordered a simple order for my wife The woman keep telling us to wait every order we requested, we are patient but we have a limit as well so we don't bother until we got to the window, the lady has no emotions and has bad customer service as we got the bag with no thank yous or anything as they missed 2 things, we asked for it and they went to the cook who had a big deal about it and tossed the bag to the side and wigged out over it, made it and the lady gave us the bag and shut the window with no words... still missing 1 order we asked where it is and they kept telling us that its in the bag.. yet we don't see it so we just said yeah its in their and just go because we have a line behind us, I honestly wanted to get a refund but nah 🤷 .

- JBJames BondApr 18, 20261.0I can’t fathom how slow and bad this restaurant is. I wish I could rate this as zero stars. I’ve gone to this place countless times yet they seem to keep getting worse. I understand this place gets busy but having to wait 15-30 minutes without moving sometimes is insane. They’ve messed up my order just about every time I’ve gone, they messed up my sandwich orders before, giving me the complete wrong sandwich, or even giving me sausage on my bacon EGG and cheese sandwich with letting me know or others know that there was no egg. Just recently I went to Dunkin and ordered TWO medium caramel swirl, 4 liquid cane sugar, 4 cream coffees. BOTH THE EXACT SAME ORDER. Yet in this picture you can clearly see the two aren’t at all the same color at all. It’s supposed to look like the drink on the right, yet how do you mess up a drink when you did it right the first time.
