- LPLola Picard5 days ago1.0i usually avoid this particular dunkin, which sucks because it's so close, because the workers don't pay attention to what they're doing. i understand being busy, but so is every single other dunkin and they don't forget half of my order. my boyfriend and i went today, he got wake up wraps with hashbrowns on them and i got an order of hashbrowns with a sandwich. the sandwich is great, but i got TWO hashbrowns in my order and both of my boyfriends bbq hashbrown wake up wraps came with no hashbrowns. not once have i had an order from this dunkin be correct and anytime i've asked for it to be fixed i'm given so much attitude when i'm already way too nice to the people who can't do their jobs. it's not rocket science to work in a dunkin, maybe this location should actually focus on training their employees instead of dicking around behind the counter all day.

From constantly missing things in my order like when I got a hash brown wake up wrap and it has no hash browns and my gf got hash browns and there were only 2 in the bag, if you don’t have enough to give the right amount out then don’t sell them to begin with, the workers are all trashy people who can’t do anything with there lives and have no drive to do their job, they constantly gossip about gross stuff nobody wants to hear about especially when you’re getting food. I am extremely disappointed with my service the past few times I’ve went and I hope that corporate fires half the staff or fully shuts down this location.

I was going through the drive thru to order a refresher but come to find out, they were all out of the resources. So backup plan, I ordered a Matcha Latte that my boyfriend and I sat at the window for 5 minutes straight waiting for. When it eventually comes out, it is nothing but straight ice and milk. Barely any matcha. Why would it take so long to make something if it’s just two ingredients. Not even a “have a nice day.” the lady just opened the window, handed me my drink, and shut the window again. It seems like the employees need to focus more on serving and respecting their customers rather than goofing off and chatting with each other. I am very disappointed with the service they provided to me today.
