  I had a drive thru order for Ice Latte with whipped cream. When I get to the window the male employee that was at the window was so rude. No good customer service they are not friendly to their customers. When I get my coffee I notice that they barely put any whipped cream. Before I drove away I told your employee that I hope he has a better day. He proceeded by slamming the window over my face. I drove away part two in front of the store went inside hoping I could speak with management. I noticed a young lady Dress with different uniform that gave me a sense she was management. I proceeded by making a complaint about people’s friendliness and no customer service. The young lady got super hostile with me. Very rude. I was in shocked. I asked her to give me her name she wouldn’t give it to me. Then she came to the counter to my face and told me that her name was Ashlyn. I’m really upset about the customer service in this location. I will not come back to this location people there are very rude. They’re not nice to their customers. I was trying to be the bigger person by trying to inform management but management wasn’t there to lead. I also tried to call the customer service phone number and it was impossible getting through someone.

  I haven't been to a DD in recent memory, but I cannot imagine that this one ranks high in hospitality or cleanliness or non-donut products: Regarding cleanliness: there was product splashed all over machine and prep surfaces; there was dirty water on floor around toilet. Regarding product: The blueberry muffin was soggy. The macchiato was slightly above average for a machine coffee drink but nowhere near the quality of a caramel macchiato from other coffee chains like Starbucks.

  I wish I could comment on the food, but unfortunately the only bad taste I left with was from the way the employees handled the situation. After leaving 99 Restaurant, I walked over with my 2-year-old and 4-year-old because they were excited to get some Munchkins. As we crossed the parking lot, I noticed two employees smoking by the back door. I didn’t think anything of it. However, as we approached the entrance, they immediately ran inside and, just as we reached the doors, the lights were turned off. The posted closing time clearly stated 8:00 PM, so I checked my watch—it was only 7:50 PM. Thinking there may have been a misunderstanding, I walked over to the drive-thru to see if I could still place an order or at least ask why the store appeared to be closed early. As I approached the window, I saw one of the employees hurriedly pulling the cash drawer. I politely knocked on the window to get her attention. She clearly saw me, chose to ignore me, walked away, and even more lights were turned off. The issue isn’t that I didn’t get my donuts. The issue is the complete lack of professionalism. If your posted hours say you’re open until 8:00 PM, the doors shouldn’t be locked and the store shouldn’t appear closed at 7:50 PM. Whether it’s Sunday, New Hampshire, or any other day of the week doesn’t change that. If products had already been discarded and the staff was closing early, all it would have taken was someone acknowledging us and saying, “I’m sorry, we’ve already closed for the night and everything has been put away.” I would have completely understood and appreciated the honesty. Instead, my two young children and I were treated as though we should be avoided. Watching employees literally run away, ignore us, and shut off the lights to avoid a simple conversation was incredibly disappointing. Customer service doesn’t end 10 minutes before closing. A little communication and basic courtesy would have gone a long way.

  Usually this Dunkin has been good with my orders and not screwing up my food, but today when I got my avocado toast, I realized they put to much seasoning on it. I ate it anyway and ended up puking it up on the way home.

  I’ve been going to this place over three years every day before going to work now they have a new crew that are disrespectful always screaming they ignored you one I have seen one of the managers smoking cannabis in the entrance you can see the smoke and the smell she is big red headed girl and another day I’ve have see another young lady wow I’m eating in my car she have two colors hair With another one that have no front teeth throwing the trash and also smoking where everyone can see them I really don’t care but in New Hampshire is illegal if you do it the street I also seen they are so high they slur when they talking and mixing the orders and screaming at customers all that money I spend every day for this I am glad I left
