  What is wrong with this location?! I was instructed this evening at the drive-thru that I would need to come in if I wanted to order because of unexplained "technical difficulties". It then took 15 minutes standing first in line at the counter for anyone to even offer to take my order. I explained to the order taker that the kiosk never has receipts/order number. My order then took another 30-40 minutes. I then had to go back in after getting out to my car because once again my order was incomplete (this time only dipping sauce, but I did order it). I received a snide look from the slob with the un-tucked supervisor shirt when I asked for what was missing. This crap service is ongoing, it seems like every visit if it's not one thing it's another at this location, from cold food & poor or snotty service to wrong orders, missing items, and requests to pull forward in the drive-thru to wait in a space for a single burger with no customers behind me. I've been charged extra for bacon on a sandwich that it comes on, I received half a Mc'Crispy breast in a bun at one point, and a Mc'Chicken patty instead on another occasion (same order different day) I've been turned away altogether for breakfast, due to store cleanliness (from the night before I was told) The shades are routinely drawn after dark and outside lighting and signage is shut off well before closing. And lately the newest promo, "The Big Arch" has been sold out 4 out of 5 of my last visits mid-day, (Suprise! I don't think they actually make them, want to or bother to order the ingredients that make it a "Big Arch") This location is pretty consistently awful although on rare occasions I have no complaint. It's unfortunate that this location is the only one for 35 miles, but it just might be worth the extra gas and drive for something better.

  I’ve given up on grabbing a morning coffee here before I get on the highway on occasion. No consistency in coffee either. I expect all McDonalds coffee to taste similar. Today’s coffee was like hot water. Friendly staff, but my goodness. 15 minutes in the drive through with three cars in line. Then got a crap cup of coffee. It’s my own fault for expecting any different. The gas stations at the rotary will do from now on.

  I'm giving all 5 stars only because I bother them so early in the morning with a custom order that while it takes long than I prefer. Esp when I'm in a rush. But I get it. They are nice. Sweet. They make it right. Life doesn't have to be so hectic fast. I should order ahead of time on the app which I used to do in nyc. But yeah. Great ppl.

  Stopped at this McDonald's at 1020pm on a Saturday went to drive thru was greated and ask if I was using mobile app and I said yes. Gave code. Long pause. I'm going to have you come in cause it will be a 20 minute wait if not. Went in ordered on kiosk ordered again and was prompted to pay with card. I didn't have a card on me. Went to counter and stood there for 20 minutes. Nobody showed up. Walked out of this bullshit esblishment. I will never be back to this place no matter what.

  I've never pulled up to a drive through so many times and been told that I have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru or I can come in and be served right away. Then upon entering being greeted by a man with a mouthful of McChicken while cooking my fries. Now I'm not in the food service industry... Wait I am a franchise owner. I know this is highly frowned upon. Time was 9:50pm just for whoever wants to watch the cameras. At least the fries were fresh though. Nevermind I just tried the fries he didn't cook them all the way... Probably too busy with the McChicken.
