I alerted the gentleman tending the area of the issue. He came over, assessed the situation and solved the problem quickly and thanked me for bringing the problem to his attention. I very much appreciated how he handled the whole situation, even naking the extra effort to thank me for my involvement before wishing me a good rest of my day. Kudos to that young man for his excellent customer service. I regret not finding his manager to share this event and how professional the clerk was. I hope this review finds its way to his manager. My 3 item purchase of $20.99, happened Tuesday, Aug 4th around the noon hour.

Deli people will purposefully ignore you without a “someone will be right with you” Forget the seafood counter. I’m convinced those lobsters die a natural death because you cannot ever get assistance. The male cashier, the one I usually avoid unless there are no alternatives, acts like you have some nerve to want to pay for your groceries. It’s a little closer than market basket but I’ll go the extra 10 minutes and avoid the higher prices and abuse.
