    ⭐☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I simply asked for what I believed to be a fair, standard portion of food. I wasn’t trying to get free extras or avoid paying for additional protein. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee became dismissive and threw the entire plate away in front of me, restarting the order from scratch to make a point. The amount of unnecessary food waste was shocking and completely avoidable. What made the situation even more concerning was the impact it had on other customers. Several people waiting in line witnessed the interaction, and multiple customers ended up walking out rather than continuing to wait through the disruption. I contacted Chipotle Customer Care regarding this experience and have been in communication with members of the executive team, including outreach to the CEO’s office, because I believe this situation reflects broader concerns around training, customer service, and accountability. While Customer Care indicated that the matter would be shared with restaurant management, many recent reviews for this location appear to have gone unanswered, creating the impression that customer feedback is not being actively addressed at the store level. I understand that staffing challenges exist, but training, professionalism, and basic customer service standards still matter. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed or dismissed for asking for what they believe is a reasonable portion, and no employee should be wasting that amount of food to prove a point. I don’t write this review seeking compensation. I’m sharing it in the hope that management takes it seriously, reviews what happened, improves training, and ensures future guests receive the level of service they expect from Chipotle. Based on my experience, I chose to visit another Chipotle location afterward because I simply wanted the positive experience I should have received in the first place.

    The burrito I got was built in segments. In each bite I got all the rice then all the sour cream, then salsa then finally the protein..no bueno...

    This is now the second time that my mobile order has been completely wrong. They forgot my chicken, fajitas, and cilantro like sauce. Ultimately I was handed a bowl of rice and beans.. The app did reimburse me a free entree but it doesn’t change the fact that this location is a no go for me.

    I hadn’t been here in a while because they always messed up my orders in the past, but decided to give them a shot again. Mistakes were made. I ordered a steak burrito bowl with no rice or beans as I am cutting carbs. I got home and found that at least HALF the bowl was filled with white rice. It was so much, it felt intentional. I double checked my order to make sure I actually said no rice, and I did. The store was DEAD, so it’s not like they were rushing or anything. And on top of that, the steak was gross and chewy and there were barely any pieces. Don’t waste your money on this trash. I am sick of wasting my money on overpriced food from places that can’t even bother to do their one job. I want a refund.
