  Rude.. dirty.. give you the smallest amounts possible waiste for money.. food was gross had to toss it away go anywhere else

  I come to this location frequently for lunch because of the drive thru option. Employee Cameron is always the window guy, he probably knows my orders by heart by now :) Very friendly staff and my meals always come out fantastic! Keep up the great work!

  Ok so let's be real! This is my lunch 4 out of 5 days a week. Some days are better than others but let's be fair, this location is always busy everyday for lunch. Sometimes things may slip, every place does. But there hasn't been one time I've ever been there where the team wasn't trying to keep up and keep the food flowing. Great job team!! I know you guys do your best! Keep up the hard work! I appreciate all of you!

  Terrible service. I ask the lady if they have the cilantro sauce or any other sauce and she answers me really bad and then I ask her if they have lime because in the other’s chipotle locations they usually do give me a little of lime and she just say not on a wear way.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I simply asked for what I believed to be a fair, standard portion of food. I wasn’t trying to get free extras or avoid paying for additional protein. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee became dismissive and threw the entire plate away in front of me, restarting the order from scratch to make a point. The amount of unnecessary food waste was shocking and completely avoidable. What made the situation even more concerning was the impact it had on other customers. Several people waiting in line witnessed the interaction, and multiple customers ended up walking out rather than continuing to wait through the disruption. I contacted Chipotle Customer Care regarding this experience and have been in communication with members of the executive team, including outreach to the CEO’s office, because I believe this situation reflects broader concerns around training, customer service, and accountability. While Customer Care indicated that the matter would be shared with restaurant management, many recent reviews for this location appear to have gone unanswered, creating the impression that customer feedback is not being actively addressed at the store level. I understand that staffing challenges exist, but training, professionalism, and basic customer service standards still matter. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed or dismissed for asking for what they believe is a reasonable portion, and no employee should be wasting that amount of food to prove a point. I don’t write this review seeking compensation. I’m sharing it in the hope that management takes it seriously, reviews what happened, improves training, and ensures future guests receive the level of service they expect from Chipotle. Based on my experience, I chose to visit another Chipotle location afterward because I simply wanted the positive experience I should have received in the first place.
