I have asked for a bagel to be double toasted only to receive it completely untoasted multiple times I completely stopped ordering food items

Don’t go to this Dunkin if you want your order made correctly or if you expect good service. In particular, there is one young lady working here who has a very bad attitude and is extremely rude to customers. I asked her to fix my drink (that was made with the wrong vanilla added) and she snapped at me, went to “fix” it and shoved it back at me… and it was still wrong and she couldn’t care less and wouldn’t do anything about it. You will get terrible service here. Pick a different Dunkin!
