I’ll never understand how it can be so busy in a store with 3 employees working and yet be told it’s busy in the drive thru when I was the only vehicle in the drive thru at the time and they said they couldn’t make me food because they were slammed inside but as I got to the window their was 3 employees and 1 customer at the counter .. they told me to come inside if I wanted food cause they were so “SLAMMED” They proceeded to give the wrong coffee after telling them multiple times what it was and still managed to make it wrong that I had to go to the other location down the street to get it fixed.. this is a constant with this store hire better people or shut the damn place down!!!! The games are getting old the ratings are awful as it is.

- JOJohn O'ConnorJun 9, 20261.0While the employees here are nice, they still give you drinks that aren't even full. I paid for a large, I expected to be full. I could have paid for a medium and received the same amount. Maybe even less. This isn't just lightly underfilled, this has almost 2 inches missing. The employee didn't have an answer so I said is it the machine? He said yes. It's the machine. That does not make me feel confident that it was the machine and not just him, however, this needs to be fixed. This seems to be consistent with this location, either their machines need to be calibrated or their employees need to be trained better. Dunkin Donuts strives for consistency and this is not that. I can go to almost any other Dunkin's location, order a large and get a large. This Dunkin's is in a convenient location, therefore I will come back. However, this needs to be fixed. If people order a large versus a medium, they should be getting a large, not a medium, especially considering how expensive this stuff is these days.
