  Incorrect DoorDash order. I called the location to confirm if they were actually out of the products I ordered, they were. I then asked if it was store policy to just send a replacement or confirm with the customer as they replaced my items with things I would never eat so it’s a waste. Woman on the phone said “it was crazy earlier” but offered no apology for the issue. Not impressed. Store policy regarding out of stock items on delivery orders needs to be evaluated because sending replacements that the customer didn’t confirm is just wasteful. Maybe use the DoorDash tablet in the store to mark the item out of stock and offer a replacement and allow the customer to actually confirm the replacement. Or also just call the customer and let them know. You have the ability to do either and choose to just send garbage replacements. And if you clearly make a mistake on the order, your employees should start with an “I’m sorry”, period.

  It’s very touch and go here. This was my first job 19yrs ago and the service we provided was unmatched. Now you can sit in line for 30+ mins and even then your order still has a 50% chance of being wrong. I went this morning grabbed my family a breakfast sandwich (Bacon Egg & cheese on a croissant. Half through sandwiches there was foul taste an we looked at them and sure enough they slapped on molding eggs smh disgusting, disrespectful.

  Horrible, waited in line for over 10 minutes just for one single car to move. Isn’t the first time this has happened and I doubt it will be the last

  Really disappointed with my order today. I ordered a mobile order with an iced coffee and a toasted bagel before work. When I got to work and took a sip of the coffee, it tasted terrible. I looked at the cup and realized they put my order sticker over a “void” coffee that was already made for someone else. I also asked for my bagel toasted, but it wasn’t toasted at all. And somehow I got two end pieces of the bagel. Like seriously?

  Placed a mobile drive thru order and Sat in line for almost half an hour not moving and the line wasn’t even long and then didn’t look busy inside. By the time we got our food and drinks our drinks were melted and food was cold. Not sure why it took 10 minutes in between taking each order.
