- MPMarie Patterson1 day ago2.0The only donuts they had in stock were pumpkin, my mixology drink was missing the strawberry dragonfruit mix, the boy in the window was rude, there was no cold foam but I paid for it and he says “wElL yOu dIDnT aSk fOr CoLd FoAm” with an attitude- We literally paid for cold foam. He basically shoves us our drinks and asks sternly and sharply “STRAWS?” We were like huh? Then he went “DO YOU WANT STRAWS OR NO” I mean, yes straws please. This whole ordeal was just insane. Absolutely tarnished the dunkin name for me. Dunkin is supposed to be worry free and refreshing after I work hard. This sucked. Only gave 2 stars because one is for at least having protein milk in stock, and the other star is because the older gentleman made an attempt to use conflict resolution.

I returned to the store and asked if they would make another one for them because i didnt want to deliver it in that condition and they helped out and made a new order for me. Great staff here and great help!
