- RBRebecca Ball5 days ago1.0Hey guys. There's a chemical taste in the ice coffee for the last two weeks or so. I don't know if it’s sanitizer in a dispenser or if the ice machine wasn't properly cleaned the water or what. But it's only this dunks we've been to thats had this taste recently.

I used my app. Unfortunately I didn’t like the new banana flavor. I went inside to ask them if I could just get a Carmel iced turbo instead. I had only taken 1 sip of the coffee. The blonde girl working was so rude! She said, “too bad if u don’t like it that’s just life.” They can’t make me a new coffee because I didn’t like it. She said I would have to pay for a whole new coffee. She embarrassed me and made me never want to go there again. I couldn’t believe how she could talk to someone like that. I left my coffee on the counter. The girl wouldn’t tell me her name. She mocked me saying what’s ‘your’ name. She told me there was no supervisor there.
