I have family visiting from another state and even they were appalled by how disgusting the space was we even found a bug in our lettuce, but didn’t bother telling them because they are obviously dirty here. We regret even bringing our money to these people. We usually go to the chipotle in Methuen so this was kind of surprising because they’re not even dirty there where you grabbed your forks there was trash and lettuce everywhere.

Progressively this location has gone downhill and the service here is next to 0 expectations. At one point the staff were good, knowledgeable, and charismatic. The staff now are the EXACT opposite, have no clue what they are talking about, have dull expressions and constantly run out of EVERYTHING except for their most expensive item, this is 3 times in a row I’ve gone and been forced to get steak when I don’t even like chipotles steak. They couldn’t even do me the favor this one time of charging it as chicken just out of principle that I was forced to choose it. Whoever owns/runs this location you have plenty of work to do. Tear the location down and build it again. The floors are dirty, trash overflows, tables always looking like a toddlers high chair, don’t even bother going into their bathrooms they regularly are filthy.

Almost walked out but I had already waited 10 minutes for the chicken to be cooked and I didnt want to walk away empty handed despite their best efforts to get people to leave hungry.
