If I think back, its NEVER been good, the coffee sucks and the food is terrible. I go to Aroma Joe’s now its right across the street and the coffees HOT! Its a shame how Dunkin Donuts has fallen. It use to be the place to get coffee back in the day, now its just a place I drive past to get to a good coffee shop.

One of the main issues was the person in the sunglasses manning the drive thru was too busy distracting the person making the food about presidents and history facts while she was struggling to get the orders out. These issues resulted in us almost leaving without one of our drinks because it was with someone else’s order. Then on our sandwiches the eggs were all still really cold in the middle. Things are too expensive now for places to play around like this. Gave atmosphere a 3 because yeah it looks like every other Dunkin’ but the experience was definitely a 2.

- KCKelly CruzMay 22, 20261.0I ordered an Iced Caramel Craze Signature Latte from the East Rochester NH store. This was Fri 5/22 at 12:20. The order number was 5369. I also ordered extra caramel in in (5 total). The first latte was almost the color of milk. I asked for a refund because this has happened several times (I stopped going to this store for this exact reason). I was blatantly told "Absolutely Not". She offered to make another one and I accepted. The second one had no whipped cream or cinnamon on it. She fixed that issue and I accepted the drink and drove away. After tasting the drink, I realized that there are no extra shots of caramel in it. I even had my son taste it, and he said that it tastes like she only put an extra shot of espresso in it. It is very strong, not sweet, and is disgusting. I tried to call the place of business at 12:30 and no one answered. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting. I will no longer buy from this location and I will let everyone I know why. I will also be leaving a Yelp review.
