- DLDragonfire Doom lava1 day ago1.0Owners, Take a look at your security cameras today around 2:45 p.m. . My husband walked in and three girls kept their back to the door and he stood waiting. After couple minutes he walked out. we were going to use the automated system so came back in and now we noticed there were four women and not one of them turn to look at us. You'll see on the security camera my husband standing in the lobby waving his arms for attention before I finally said something. I told them that in other stores you can walk in and people will turn around and say hello she said that they were busy but we busy dealing with something on their phone. So as we were walking out, deciding not to purchase from this location and one of the girls in a very condescending squealy voice said hiiii.

My biggest issue is that my card has been double charged, so I had to go back to have that fixed. They literally ran my card twice for the same transaction, which I could show on my bank statement that it was charged only a few seconds apart. They did fix this, but now I'm looking at my bank statement again, and it has happened again. So this is the second time I have caught them double charging my card, and it makes me wonder if this is happening in the past and I haven't caught it. And it makes me wonder if it's not so much of an accident. What are the chances that the same person gets double charged multiple times within a few months? That tells me that they could be doing this to many people, which is concerning because that is theft. I try to call the store, and the phone is not connected. It doesn't even ring, it just says that they are busy and a call back later and hangs up. There is no way to contact them unless I drive all the way to them again. So not only am I out money from them double charging me, but now I have to drive all the way there to have it fixed and get my money back.
