Great healthy options that taste fresh and made with real ingredients. Everything was flavorful, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. A great spot if you’re looking for a healthy, satisfying meal.

I’ve been here several times, and it never disappoints. The salads are always made with high quality ingredients. The restaurant is consistently clean and well maintained, on top of that, the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient. It’s become one of my favorite spots for a healthy, delicious meal. Highly recommend!

1st visit, I thought the salad was great. Place is on the small side but nice and clean, also they have a few outdoor tables. Counter service was friendly, I’ll be back. (Can’t eat pizza every day)

I've been wanting to try Salud for months and finally found the time to do so. Ordered from the hot plate part of the menu and got the beef dish - ground beef, Brocoli, sweet potato, rice and housemade bicmag sauce.
It came out completely cold. I went back in and nicely asked "are these supposed to be like, hot in any way?" and the person at the register goes "well, yea" - I had her feel the fridge-cold sweet potatoes and she asked what she would like me have her do - I stated "well, I kind of figured the hot dish should be hot so you do what you have to do" and she said she'd remake it.
10 more minutes I got the second rendition. Much less meat this time, way more broccoli, and now the broccoli is fridge cold. Literally fridge cold. I asked again why my meal wasn't warm again, and was told "the broccoli is usually served cold." - cold, sauteed broccoli.. to boot, my potatos are still room temp. I don't know how this makes sense.
Portions are non-consistant, quality obviously "is what it is" to the teen staff, no one knows what they're doing in there, no management, the one guy who I assumed was some sort of manager since he was the oldest, just grilled me the entire time instead of coming out and addresing anything, and I definitely just wasted $17 on a cold, hot meal that no one seemed to care how it was served to me. First time in, last time in. I should have taken the hint by the way no one was eating there.
The smoothie was great, but the customer service made me feel very unwelcome.
This was my first time visiting, and I told the employee that it was my first time and asked for recommendations. The interaction felt cold and unfriendly from the start. After ordering, I wasn’t sure where drinks were picked up and stood waiting. The shop was empty, and I was clearly the only customer there, yet no one offered any guidance.
What made the experience more uncomfortable was that I felt like I was being stared at rather than helped. As a person of color in a predominantly white area, the overall interaction left me feeling unwelcome and out of place. Maybe that wasn’t the intention, but it was how the experience came across to me.
The smoothie itself was delicious, but because of the atmosphere and service, I don’t plan on returning.
