Bought some rotten chicken last week, a few weeks prior to that I went to get some deli meats and I decided not to because the man working behind the counter was wiping white stuff out of the corner of his mouth with gloves on and never changed his gloves after and continued working. Today I noticed he was not working behind the counter so I took my chances, asked for salami extra thin and I swear they increased the thickness and there were bits of turkey all over my salami which is cross contamination so they’re not cleaning the machine between uses ate all. It’s worth the extra money going to whole food for deli and I use a local farm now for all our meats, staff there is polite and kind though so I still gave 3 stars some are exceptional even

- ESEmily SleeSep 21, 20261.0I was in the Portsmouth nh hannaford and went to the bathroom first and had some girl who worked there with red or blue dyed hair down by the bathrooms make a scene yelling at me to move my cart directly into the little alcove by the rest rooms in which I misunderstood and put my cart inside an isle instead and she ran down there took my cart and shoved it into the alcove so hard it bounced off the water bubble and went flying backwards , there was no call for that it was in appropriate unprofessional and aggressive; I have no problem Taking my business back to Whole Foods or market basket where they happen to be nice and treat customers Curtesy, and you with your special Dyed hair and big baggy blue sweatshirt should use some manners because no customers shopping means no pay check
