  the people at this dunkin are incredibly awful at their job. the service is pathetic and i should not be waiting in that drive thru for 6+ minutes especially after putting my order in ahead of time. start hiring competent people!

  I've been going to this location for atleast 3 years and it just never seems like they have a good staff working there. Long waits for "fast food", sometimes even waiting over 10 mins for a single coffee. I've pulled up to the drive thru many times to have to wait an abnormal amount of time to be greeted and asked what I would like, despite the parking lot and drive thru being empty. I order practically the same thing everytime and they somehow consistently mess it up. One time I ordered on the app, went to pick it up and was told there was no order, after showing them proof on my phone of the order, they then made ME read off what I ordered so they could make it, which inevitably ended up being made wrong. This location is in serious need of improvements on all fronts.

  Somebody get these people some help from corporate. I have been here over a year and this Dunkin is just terrible. The guys at the window are so rude. Luckily the ladies make up for that. But honestly, it shouldn't take over 15 minutes *consistently* every day of the week to get one iced coffee.
